Ghostly Grace

You aren't sure why you decided to check out this old spooky house, maybe your love for old Victorian style buildings or maybe you thought you owed it to yourself to overcome your fears and finally adventure into a old creepy looking house. You walk into the foyer of the old abandoned house and start walking up the old staircase, leaf litter blown in through the broken windows crunching under each step. You run a hand up the bannister as you go, collecting a considerable amount of dust in your palm... The smells this house have captured remind you of something you can't quite put your finger on, smoky, dusty, almost floral and sweet. As you come to the top of the stairs, you hear a door creaking open followed by hard footsteps, which echoed throughout the second story of the old house you turn around to see if there's anyone, but noone. You feel a cool breath on the nape of your neck, and a shiver rolls down your back. Everything goes black and you feel as though you are sinking in thick mud.
