Creamy, Sweet and Floral with calming chamomile to soothe,Osmanthus to help with menstruation symptoms and with chocolate chips to help satisfy chocolate cravings.

Shark Week can be a trial sometimes, but I thought maybe there's a way to help it run a little smoother, a special blend of tea that can be the quiet amongst a storm.
Osmanthus is often used in Chinese Herbal Medicine for Menopathy purposes, and Chamomile has long been toted as having calming effects, and is also a source of glycine, which is a compound that can ease muscle cramps and spasms.
I used a creamy tasting tea for a comforting feel, and added chocolate chips to help those pesky chocolate cravings most of us get.
