I want to make a blend that is come from my true ethnic, and finally I create this blend. I am Chinese-Indonesian, so I add 50% pu erh dante and safflower inclusion, plus Asian-flowered tea named osmanthus. 30% decaf spice lighten this blend a little bit, also giving quite good amount of spice.
Moderate caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3 mins
