Wo Fat is the villain of the piece (and a sexy one, at that). His tea is primarily Lapsang Souchong because it's dark, smoky, and a tea from China (at one time he was in Chinese intelligence). There's Gunpowder for fairly obvious reasons, and then a little bit of Rooibos Tropics because we all know he's got a pretty intense connection to McGarrett...
