Jose Carioca, the second member of the Three Caballeros, is very much two sided, just like this tea. The first side is very fruity and tangy, like the samba music of his beloved Brazil. But add a little milk, maybe a little honey and you've got a sort of a calming coconut/chocolate flavor that has a calming sort of feeling that might just bring back those happy romantic memories of Bahia. It's like a free trip south of the border with a sultry samba dancing parrot.

You would think that making my first blend would have been hard and making my second blend would be harder. Well switch that around. I was up to 1am in the morning trying to throw this blend together, and after many cups of tea, milk, and honey (and a burned tongue) I think I made an okay blend. I was worried about this blend being a little too much like my first blend but I think the tangy-ness of mango is different from the tangy-ness of the apple, and the coconut has it's own strong nutty flavor that is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I hope you all like this one as well as the other one.
