This wild strawberry and green rhubarb tea is so delicious as an iced tea. I serve it nearly every month for my book club, and everyone enjoys it! It's sweet and tart, only diehard sweet-toothers will need to add sugar or other sweeteners.

It also makes me reminiscent of summers in elementary school, reading my favorite series of books - the Sweet Valley series! This is a sweet combination for iced tea, perfect for sipping on a hot Californian day - the green rhubarb is the healthy, tart and practical side of the tea (like Elizabeth Wakefield) and the wild strawberry blends in the crazy, zesty and slightly wild side (like Jessica Wakefield).
