Every once in a while, I treat myself to those heated cinnamon-roasted almonds that you find at craft fairs, carnivals and sometimes even the mall. When I was looking through my tea cabinet this evening, I noticed that I just might have the perfect ingredients to re-create this flavor any time I want it. So I added equal parts almond tea, cinnamon tea, and to give it that sort of candied flavor, honeybush vanilla was added, too. I am quite happy with the results.
