I opt to weigh out 90 percent blend and add 10 percent licorice root. Went with a 3 minute steep as stated. Ambrosia! I doubt the tea does much for my sleep level since cumulative work-related sleep deprivation seems to be my best insomnia remedy. But I found this tea super tasty and relaxing regardless! I used to love Earl Grey Lavender until the formula was "updated". This is my new go-to lavender tea instead :) This is a variant of another company's tea which I came across. I much prefer getting as much of my tea as possible from Adagio rather than dealing with multiple businesses.
