Brew as an herbal at 212F. A steep of 5mins is ideal by the blender's taste, but this brew is forgiving on time. The taste will change with a longer or shorter brew, but still be pleasant. Sweeten to taste. A second steep at 212F for up to 1 minute longer than the 1st steep will give a thinner, earthier cup that's perfect with a dash of sweet cream.
