My research indicates that tea served on the Titanic was basically powdered English Breakfast Tea in teabags. The ship left port with more than 800 pounds of this tea for the ships maiden voyage. The ship was lost at sea on April 15, 1912 after striking an iceberg. This blend is a black tea blend (better than the powdered English Breakfast, of course) dedicated in memory of those who lost their lives that night in the Atlantic.
