I have always been a fan of Adagio's Pisces blend, with its perfect balance of citrus and floral notes. However, being someone who can't have caffeine after lunch, I often found myself unable to enjoy this delicious tea later in the day. That's when the idea struck me – why not create a decaffeinated version of Pisces?
I experimented with various ingredients until I found the perfect combination of rooibos, orange, chamomile, lemongrass, and cornflowers. The result was a harmonious blend that captured the essence of Pisces, but without the caffeine.
