Obviously there's no bacon flavor or facsimile thereof to the tea in this tin, but the blend does have a *bit* of a pancake syrup taste-- not pure maple syrup because the oolong only goes so far before the Butterscotch kicks in. I like dessert teas. Since I don't add sweetener, I get to satisfy a craving without harm to my health.
