There probably are as many recipes for charoset as there are Jews making it. My charoset tends to be an amalgam of traditional Ashkenazi apple and walnuts with Sephardic chopped apricots, dates and figs. Yum! I love mixing flavors and traditions. Apricot Charoset tea blends both fruit and nut flavors, with just a smidge of spicy heat.
