this cuppa tastes (and smells, mmm!) just like a slice of tiramisu without the calories. the toasted mate gives it that roasted coffee bite, as well as a kick, which is complimented nicely by the honeybush chocolate. the cream comes second like a pleasant afterthought, giving it a well-rounded, dessert-like flavor profile. (hint: rinse through cold water first, followed by hot water, to bring out the mate's natural sweetness)
i had a nice batch of tiramisu rooibos from teavana once, and aspired to make a similar blend. i feel like i succeeded (and by adding mate i've given it a nice caffeine kick as well!)
