This is a signature blend created by ChasiTEA Moon. A mostly gentle sipping tea blend for when you need it, but just strong enough to help you to courageously pick up and refocus. Riding the waves of life. Some holding you up, but some dragging you down. Have courage when you are bounced around. The storms make you stronger. Before long you will be gently brought to the shore. I chose these ingredients for the health benefits. When it is time to begin walking again. All that is left is the steady gentle waves surrounding your feet. Now, it is the moment to pick yourself up and begin to walk along the shore. Taking it all in, ready to begin again. What a magnificent Planet Earth! Relaxing and Invigorating hot or iced. Mix well before steeping. A quick rinse, swish and dump with the steep water (180 degrees) should help awaken tea leaves for a delightful cup of tea. If you prefer a stronger tasting tea no need to rinse.
