Metaphysically speaking, the following ingredients are thought to have these corresponding properties: Apple is said to be good for healing and love. Lemon grass helps with psychic cleansing, including negative emotions. Rosehips specifically are said to help with anti-anxiety. Lavender and chamomile are both known for their stress reliving properties. Peppermint is thought to increase the vibrations of a space, allowing for healing and purification. Orange attracts happiness and abundance. Cornflowers may help with healing intuitive blockages. And finally, lemon balm and lemon verbena are said to soothe anxiety and possibly even alleviate depression.
