Tanieh (Chestnut) Mont Blanc was the recipe that Rozemyne gave to Cornelius as his reward for helping Angelica to not fail her classes at the Royal Academy. As with normal Mont Blanc, chestnuts and cream are the main players, with a touch of chocolate to increase its richness. As this is a tea based on a dessert fit for an archnoble, sugar and cream is recommended to bring out its full potential.
