Though his spirit is captured, his reign of terror is never forgotten- just like this spooky blend of smoky, spicy, and unique blend is difficult to forget. Cinnamon to enhance the autumnal bite as an homage to an obscure Disney Halloween classic, along with a strong rush of lapsang souchong for that bold cauldron-iron texture, with subtle notes of caramelized-chocolate sweetness to emphasize the triumph of evils defeat. Out of all the Disney villains- the Horned King has been my favorite throughout time. Though he only has the most, 10min or less of screentime, he truly steals the show with his iconic voice (done by the late John Hurt), to his frightening character design. When I didn't see a tea blend based off of him, unlike his other villianous "allies" (Maleficent, Madam Mim, Jafar, etc), I felt low-key (HIGH-KEY) shocked. So I decided to experiment with some tea descriptions that I personally thought would suit him, his role in the movie, and the impact it had on me as a kid. Hopefully, the tea comes out well!
