One of my favorite cupcakes ever is a Lemon Ginger Cupcake. It is a vanilla cupcake with strong vanilla, then contrasted with lemon and an infusion of candied ginger. When i bite into this cupcake, it makes me smile, it is addicting. The lemon and ginger have healing powers and you just feel amazing after you have a few sips of the tea, it is just like having a few bites of the cupcake.
