Simple, clean, and just a tiny bit shy, this lightly citrus-scented white tea works hard not to stand out too much. Just like Connor, who personally favors a clean, citrusy scent. This tea is especially delicious when cold brewed by either leaving it overnight in a container of water in the fridge, or letting it steep in a cup of ice water for about 20 minutes. That delicate flavor shows more of its complexity if it never gets tested by fire, but is still most definitely a soothing brew when served warm.
