There is nothing more relaxing that something sweet, something creamy, and something floral. Just enough to lull myself to sleep next to a warm, purring Maine Coon Cat. Especially on a cold, winter day in Alaska.
This can become a lovely iced tea. Brew at 215°F for thirty minutes. To reduce the astringency, add a pinch of baking soda. (Something my clan of more southernly persuasion taught me to do!) Pour into an ice-filled thermos and seal. Sip later on in the day once equilibrium has been reached between ice and liquid. Trust me. This is out-of-this-world!
