This is a warm and spicy Chai Tea, inspired by the amazing rock formations of Arches National Park. It is balanced by sweet vanilla and spicy cinnamon and cardamom. I like to brew it Gong Fu Style, where I use less water (200ml) and steep it for about 15 seconds! I simply add 5-10 seconds to each additional infusion. Enjoy!
