How can we sum Jason Mendoza up into a tea? Its probably not possible. We don't know much about Jason's food tastes but we DO know that he loves hot wings and the Jacksonville Jaguars. SO, to that end, I made a spicy blend with some peppercorn and a little bit of the orient to honor Jianyu Li, Jason's alter ego, a Taiwanese Monk.
