The lush green landscape of the Kohala Mountains in Hawaii are represented by the green and oolong teas in this blend. The apricot and mango accents represent the warm, colorful sunsets painting the Kohala Coast while the vanilla flavor mimics the cool onshore breezes being pulled upon shore to dance with plants. Pour yourself a cup, close your eyes and take a sip so the fragrance can transport you to the beach in Hawaii. This tea is excellent on hot days when poured over ice for a refreshing iced tea.

The photo was taken during a celebration on the South Kohala Coast as music filled the air and party goers enjoyed the coastal sunset before our dinner cooked in the traditional Hawaiian imu (underground oven). The trees overhanging the sunset are kiawe trees. Kiawe is also known as mesquite on the mainland and an imparts an incredible hardwood flavor to food.
