The Arnold Palmer is one of my favorite drinks- perfectly refreshing- but loaded with sugar!
I created this blend and found that the bergamot infusion in the earl grey rather than just black tea, the healthy addition of the rooibos, and the perfect lemon acidity of the lemon grass have created a perfectly healthy and refreshing alternative to the traditional lemonade/black tea blend.
Moderate caffeine | Steep at 212° for 4 mins
