Earl Grey never guessed how popular the tea named for him would become! A variation on the 'London Fog', this low-caffeine version has all of the components that I usually have in my tea. As one of my favorite teas (if not the number one favorite), I have tried many ways to drink Earl Grey. Usually, I have a strong cup brewed with half a teaspoon of honey and a quarter cup of vanilla soy milk. Hence the idea for this blend. Rooibos is naturally sweet, as is the honeybush, but it would not go amiss to add a tiny bit of honey to this, if you've got a sweet tooth.
