i just googled all the stuff thats supposed to help get rid of period cramps since i cant actually do anything about mine right this second. chammomile, peppermnt, and green citron rooibos are the main body: the peppermint soothes an upset stomach and the chammomile is anti-inflammatory. theres also ginger (also anti-inflammatory) and raspberry leaves (traditional menstrual cramp remedy). ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh cramps suck but this tea sounds rlly good to me rn. can i get it delivered by drone
