I utilized Taiwanese Oolong to cut down on the citrusy notes found in Ceylon as to bring the flavors of this tea forward. The cookie-like flavor of the vanilla oolong, along with fresh coconut in the Ceylon bring about flavors and aromas one would enjoy on a Parisian morning going past the patisseries. Chocolate chips are added to make this dessert tea even more indulgent, making every cup a guilty pleasure.
