I love the spiciness of chai teas, but they are usually too strong for me. Thus,I made this blend combining a chai tea with the milder Rooibos caramel and almond teas to mellow the chai. Addition of the cornflowers and safflowers add a bit of color. A cheechako is someone new to Alaska, thus this is for those new to Chai..
