I was interested to try this Rooibos, but I was left disappointed. It did not have as nice of a flavor as a grocery store Rooibos Vanilla from a national vendor. The taste for the money is a real let down.

Excellent with milk and sugar! I tried making it iced but didn't care for it as much. Definitely a dessert tea for me.

This Rooibos Vailla tea is great! It has excellent balance between the red tea and the cream flavors. I bought this as a 'Cup to Go' at the new Adagio tea store in town, and it really kept me going during a cold shopping day downtown.

This is ABSOLUTELY fabulous! I haven't even finished my sampler yet, but just ordered the biggest size I could. My husband and I have had it the last two nights. Wonderful on its own, even better with just a tiny bit of honey.

It smells wonderful, but unfortunately it smells a lot like pipe tobacco, so it's just plain hard for me to drink and enjoy!

Sweet, earthy, and very, very different. There is a definite under-taste of smokiness to this tea -- that's the rooibos at work, there -- and hence, it stands apart from a standard black tea-based vanilla. Adding cream and sugar is a must with this tea, as they both smooth out and raise up the vanilla flavoring. Worth a try if you're looking to branch out into flavored rooibos.

I really like this one. Especially to blend with others. But my kids like it by itself.
This is an extremely well-flavored and smooth tea. I hadn't realized how much I liked the taste of rooibos teas until I had a cup brewed properly, and this one has fast become a favorite. Using the triniTEA I put the setting on II for seven minutes. The scent alone is worth it. The rich red color and seductive aroma will keep pulling you back, so be certain you have plenty on hand!

If you enjoy strong teas this really isn't for you as it brews extremely mellow. But it is a lovely evening tea to relax with, the vanilla taste is very subtle and overall the tea somewhat reminds me of something slightly caramel or praline.
This tea is very good. My only complaint is that the leaves are so small that they slip through the holes of my tea ball.
This tea is so nice for a late night craving, when you want something substantial, really flavorful and comforting, but without the caffeine. The vanilla works well here and, unlike what I found with the vanilla black tea offered by Adagio, it does not have a synthetic flavor. I would brew 1-2 minutes more than the recommended 5 in order to create a full-bodied cup.
I love this tea for those nights I want to drink something warm and sweet but not calorie ridden before bed. I don't really add sugar and the scent of vanilla is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I think it's the strong association of vanilla and sweet that I have.
this is great for the holidays, the vanilla brings me to another place, and is balanced by the inherent sweetness of this complex rooibos.

I'm a tealover who is very sensitive to caffeine. Even green and white teas can keep me up several hours past my bedtime if I drink them during the early evening. I'm also not a fan of most herbals because I find them either too sweet or too sour. This rooibos vanilla tea is the perfect solution.
The aroma is a bit overpowered by the vanilla, but the woody-ness of the rooibos really shines through while drinking the liquor. The liquor is very light and smooth with a tone of creaminess from the vanilla.
Overall, rooibos is a great option as an evening tea. The vanilla flavoring was a bit much for me so I won't be ordering this again, but I will be looking at the regular rooibos and honeybush teas in future.

My first rooibos tea...I figured I could not go wrong with the vanilla flavoring even if I did not think so highly of the tea. Its definitely good, however, and I would strongly encourage everyone to give this 'red tea' a shot.
This is a great tea to drink after dinner. It is soothing and settling. So far, it is best with a little honey and milk. Phenomenal tea. Just need a tea ball with tiny holes because the loose tea has fine bits.

One of the better rooibos teas I've tasted -- very delicate. The honey-like sweetness of the tea mixes well with the smooth and subtle vanilla flavor.
I love this tea! I went ahead and ordered 16oz of it because there are so many possibilities with this tea! First of all, it's great to drink by itself, with or without cream and sugar, especially in the evening when I don't need any more caffeine. It is also great for mixing with other teas! I really like it with the apple chai and also with berry blues. It just ads a smooth sweetness that makes other teas extra delightful.
This is a fantastic tea. I've had rooibos before from various vendors, but this vanilla rooibos one is a very rich, smooth rooibos. Great for an afternoon pick-me-up at work.

this is probably hands down my favorite rooibos flavor. The vanilla is subtle, and it's so relaxing at the end of the day. If I want a little sweetness, I blend it with rooibos caramel, and it's wonderful as a dessert tea, to calm the sweet craving. This tea has really helped my weight loss, too!

This definitely wasn't my favorite tea, but my husband loves it. I think it's just a difference of personal taste more than the quality of the tea. It does have a nice lightly sweet flavor, but I think you have to like rooibos teas in general to really appreciate this one.
