Got a sample of this ... While I am a fan of bergamot and can sort of tolerate rooibos, all this mix has from earl grey did not do nearly enough to undo the effect of those tiny floating sticks (my idea of tea is that it should submerge, not float on the surface) on the experience.
We first tried this hot and enjoyed it, but the wonderful surprise came when first tried as an iced tea - then I mixed it 50/50 with Rooibos Orange and now it's really a frequent flyer.
This is one of my favorite earl greys. I mix it with a little tea and everything is right in the world.
I love the way this smells. I'm not a black tea fan so the rooibos is a really good alternative!
I'm sorry Adagio, but I'm just not an rooibos fan. Even if it is an earl grey, I can't get past the harsh medicinal taste of red rooibos. The earl grey flavor was its only saving grace. But not a fan and won't order again. That's just me though. I'm sure it's wonderful to those that like rooibos.
All the flavor of traditional earl grey without the caffeine or oxylates. Great with milk or straight up!

The smell is very medicinal and off putting, but the bergamot does cancel some of that out and make for a nice cup of tea. Not sure if I will repurchase, though.

I purchased this tea for my husband who enjoys Earl Grey but needs low or caffeine-free options. Seeing as I've already purchased him a second round, I think it's a hit, and I like it, too. The aroma is at once floral and a little musky. The flavor is brighter than a standard Earl Grey, but the bergamot is still noticeable even though it's masked with a floral flavor which I assume comes from the rooibos. The tea takes sugar well, as well as honey, and my husband enjoys it with milk, too. It also holds up to multiple infusions, which is a definite plus!
Another wonderful tea. The blend of Earl Gray with the mellow of the rooibos creates an enjoyable exorcise for your taste buds. I enjoy mine sweetened with a little honey.

The rooibos earl grey is a great tea. Earl Grey is such a classic tea flavor and I love how it was translated to a rooibos form!
It's interesting. I do need to drink more of this, to get a better taste of it, but since it doesn't have the black tea, it's closer to a light citrus rooibos. I would drink this over a strong lemon rooibos.
Okay, so, here's a tip: when you get this, don't smell it right out of the bag. I did, and it turned me off for a good while. It smells... interesting. In a really bad way. Once it's brewed, though, it's nice, if a little weak. I still think I prefer black earl grey, but this was nice to try.
One of my favorite teas from Adagio! I usually intensely dislike rooibus teas - they are often overly sweet and have a weird aftertaste like Stevia. However, rooibos teas have become my favorite from Adagio! They taste the way rooibos should - not artificial and not too sweet. This earl grey is so delicious. You get that delicious subtle citrus taste and round flavor that comes with tradition earl grey, but it leaves out the dryness and astringency that black earl grey tends to carry. Definitely in my top three favorites from Adagio. I always have to refill the second I run out.
My husband and I both love this tea. I am the big tea drinker, and I was looking for an herbal tea to cut down on caffeine. Most teas were not hearty enough for me until my son introduced me to the rooibus blends. My go-to choice was the lemon blossom, but this has become my favorite. I like it better than traditional Earl Grey?
I like this tea for it's natural decaf quality, but the bergamot flavor is overpowered by the rooibos. It tastes pleasant, just not much like an earl grey tea.

I love this tea! I don't like black teas so when I tried Earl Grey black, I was afraid I must not like the Bergamot. But I have now tried Earl Grey Green and Rooibos Earl Grey and I'm happy to know that I'm an Earl Grey drinker! And I think I liked the Rooibos just as much as the Green tea.
Rooibos teas are newer to me, this has a good flavor, very earthy with great earl grey notes.

This is a delicious tea! It tastes very much like Earl Grey, and I love having it herbal so I can drink it at night, too. Very good!
I was glad to receive this as a sample but, admittedly, am not a huge fan of normal earl grey to start with. Combined with rooibos, the bergamot flavor is overpoweringly sweet. If you could somehow make a syrup out of perfume, I imagine the result would taste a lot like this tea. (If, however, you adore earl grey and want an herbal version, you might love this. Anything's possible.)
I am a fan of Earl Grey teas. What I loved most about the this tea is the fact that I can have my earl grey flavor in a more healthy way by it being combined with roibosh tea leaves
Excellent tea. Probably one of my favorite rooibos blends after the rooibos jasmine.
I cannot have caffeine (even decaf) so I can't drink real Earl Grey. Rooibos is nice, but it isn't the same as the real stuff. Sigh.

I only purchased this as an add on to my order because I was getting it on sale. I had no idea what to expect, but I didn't enjoy the aroma or the flavor of the tea. Perhaps it is because I don't like herbal tea in general. My wife loves it though.

I think I might like this a little bit better than Earl Grey Bravo. The citrus taste is a lot stronger in this one, and it pairs nicely with the rooibos. This is an excellent caffeine-free alternative to a more traditional tea Earl Grey, good for when you want a cup of Earl Grey before bed or when you want something a little different.
I love earl grey tea so when I got off caffeine and discovered Rooibos tea the earl grey was a great surprise. Love it!!

It tastes exactly as you'd expect it to - a rooibos tea with earl grey flavoring. It's a great alternative if you want an earl grey that's caffeine free.
I think I'll always prefer black earl grey tea, but this is a great decaf option for nighttime.
