Great balance between the earthiness of the rooibos and the spice and fruit character (which I usually find overwhelming).
Like a freshly baked apple pie, paired with naturally sweet organic Rooibos herb. Spicy, fruity and playful.

Great balance between the earthiness of the rooibos and the spice and fruit character (which I usually find overwhelming).
The balance of apple and cinnamon is great. The aroma was really strong when I opened it, I liked the smell but was happy it was not as strong of taste once steeped.
This one tastes and smells quite lovely. Not my favorite, but still very nice. You have to really watch your steeping time, otherwise the spices overwhelm the apple, and the flavor itself is a little weak if you don't steep it long enough. Maybe I'd have better luck with one of those fancy tea kettles? Still, a very pleasant tea.
The flavor is weak unless steeped for a very long time, and a bit of sugar enhances the tea. Not my favorite rooibos by far, but perfect for an autumn tea.
This is a very good tasting tea you can taste the apple and cinnamon if you like apples and cinnamon you will like this
This is a great tea for the fall warming and yet not so strong kinda reminds me of apple cider but not all that extra sugar.
The perfect cinnamon apple. It's kind of a weird thing to admit, but it kinda tastes like Apple Jacks? But minus the fake, sugary taste. I will definitely be buying a bigger bag of this!
Very smooth and fruity, with a little sugar and cream it tastes just like apple crumble! Great if you want a fruity dessert tea.
The more I had this tea the more I found it to be over powering and offensive. It's just too much cinnamon and apple attacking your palate.
A very good rooibos, but even better blended with rooibos vanilla and rooibos orange.
So far I haven't had a rooibos tea that I didn't like. The cinnamon flavor was a little bit stronger than I expected, I wish that it had been a little bit more balanced with the apple flavor. However than being said, this tea is still worth buying if you like rooibos (and especially if you like cinnamon!)
This tea is good, but it tastes mostly like cinnamon and not very much like apple. I was a little disappointed.
Like a warm hug given to you by your adorable elderly grandmother, wearing a red fuzzy sweater, who just recently baked an apple pie.
What I mean to say is this tea is sweet, inviting, and memorable.
Yum. Tastes pretty much like apple cider. Very sweet on its own- I added a tiny bit of honey but I think I will skip the sweetener next time. Very warm and perfect for fall.
I wanted to like this blend. I was really excited to try it...but it has a really strange bitter taste that I do not like. I wonder if I got a bad batch? I love cinnamon, apple, and rooibos but I just did not care for this one.
JUST like a really good apple cider. seriously good when hot. One of my favorites!!!
This is my new favorite holiday tea-it's perfectly balanced and warm. I can't stop drinking it!
Really great light flavor. I blended it with the green chai and it tasted great.
When I opened the pack, I was immediately turned off. The smell reminded me of a mix between bubble gum and sweet-smelling hay. I decided to try a cup anyway and was very disappointed. It was very medicinal tasting and lacked the cinnamon deliciousness in its description. It also left a weird aftertaste and I won't be purchasing this again.
Really like this taste! The first tea (im a big n00b) that actually tasted sweet itself! I did add just a touch more than recommended but that comes from being a darker stronger coffee drinker.
This was really good, I even made it for my little brother. He thought it was fantastic -- and he's only four.
It tastes great on its own, but a little sweetener really brings out the cinnamon flavor.
This is very similar to the Pumpkin Spice Rooibos that I found at Trader Joe's last year and have yet to see in the stores this fall. Glad to have found a replacement!
My kids LOVE this! It is naturally sweet, but not overtly sweet. It is perfect for them. I didn't care for it myself, but then again, I didn't buy this tea for myself.
Smells delicious, really warms the room. The tea is quite good in flavor, too, though a little too flavored perhaps.
Wonderful fall flavors. And it handles being ignored while I go on a writing tear very well, still delicious when cooled to room temperature. :)
Smells and tastes just like mulled cider. There is an odd aftertaste, but all in all a fabulous tea.
WOW! This is one of the greatest things I've ever tasted. It smells fantastic and tastes even better. It's very similar to Apple Cider, which I obviously like!
Our houses fav, we serve to everyone and recommend it to everyone... DELICIOUS!
Apples and cinnamon just like apple pie. Great hot or cold.
Eh, I wasn't too impressed with this one. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't too appealing to me. It just seemed like a poor imitation of apple cider.
Compared with the other teas I bought at the same time, it's not as yummy. But it's still delicious and a nice tea to have in my new eggplant tea pot I got from Adagio as well!
Tried it with splenda in the pitcher and tasted wonderful.
It tastes like cinnamon apple! Great for fall or as an afternoon/evening tea. Combines well with vanilla flavors.
This tastes like fall. It's perfect with just a little bit of honey. The apple cinnamon taste is really well balanced so as not to overwhelm the warm notes of rooibos in this tea.
My sister absolutely loves the stuff she brings it to school.
The first thing that I would like to point out is that this tea has many small parts to it. That is- it may flow out of your infuser or steeping net (whatever you may be using). Nevertheless, the fact that these parts are so small make it less of a problem than if a whole tea leaf was floating around. This tea, for me, did not steep 'soft'. I expected it to steep very lightly, and have a hint of a taste/smell, as the sour apple did for me. Luckily (or unluckily depending on your palate), this is not the case. The colour is quite bold, and the flavour is there.
Initially I thought that the only thing I could taste was just the apple flavours. However, while writing this and letting the tea sit on my palate, there is an after-taste which I believe is nearly just as good as the first taste. While the initial taste was mostly of apples, the after-taste took me back to a 'cinnamon apple' crumble dessert. That hits the nail on the head.
The only reason I've ranked this as 'good' rather than 'great' is because its full appeal was dependent on an after-taste. Nevertheless, this was surprisingly good.
I wasn't too fond of the smell - i found it very pungent and sour before I ever got to the apple. Made it hard to drink.
This tea has a very pervasive cider flavor without becoming sweet like apples normally are. With sugar, it tastes like apple cider mixed with rooibos tea.
This was alot better than the black apple blend I tried last time. I love this tea at night, and I'm saving the rest of the sample until I can get more.
This is a departure from the rest of the rooibos that Adagio offers. Cinnamon apple pairs effectively with the rooibos flavor. Might be considered a gateway before straight up rooibos.
Not a fan of rooibos teas in general, but the flavor of this tea is pretty good. It's not one I'll buy again, but it also won't be regulated to the back of the cabinet behind my favorites either. Unfortunately the flavor isn't great enough to change my mind on the rooibos in general ._.
I like this rooibos. It has a good flavor with just the right amount of cinnamon. I couldn't detect any apple, but I still liked it.
I'm a cinnamon nut! With or without the apple, I'd drink this tea in a heartbeat! :)
I enjoyed this tea very much. I steeped it for the suggested amount of time at first, then my friend told me the taste is better when you steep it longer, and this is true. I steeped it for almost 10 minutes and the flavor was much more enjoyable. Good with a little bit of creamer to make it taste like apple pie a la mode
I definitely get the rooibos cinnamon on this, but not so much the apple. Solid tea, might need sugar to bring the apple forward.
This makes anything smell and taste like apple pie. Put it in a blend with vanilla rooibos for a comforting cup. The rooibos doesn't overwhelm and there isn't any medicinal smell or taste. Great tea!
Delicious! It's like drinking apple pie! Very soothing.
Amazing tea. If I could change one thing, it would be to make it spicier, but the flavor is still great how it is.
This is really nothing special - the rooibos doesn't really complement the cinnamon apple flavor well, but the flavor itself is okay, pretty mild, with more cinnamon to it than apple (which comes through a bit more in the aroma, but still isn't a very strong component.) Really, 'okay' pretty much sums it up - I'll finish the packet, but if I want apple tea, I'm sticking with the apple-flavored black tea.
