So much almond goodness!! I usually don't like rooibos tea, but this one was excellent. I added one spoonful of sugar and I felt like I was drinking marzipan.
Not a strong almond flavor, mostly just tastes like a basic rooibos.
Part of the October 2020 CommuniTEA box. I'm not a fan of almond in general. Objectively speaking, the flavor comes through clean and clear, so if you love almond, this is right up your alley.

Very almondy. Nothing too special, but sometimes thats what you want when its later at night and you want a relaxing cup of tea.
The flavor of this tea is mostly red rooibos with a hint of almond. I added some pure cane syrup, and that made the flavor really nice!!
Light, pleasant and mild. Not overwhelming. I liked it alot.
I added two small scoops of sugar to it and determined that was to sweet.

It’s a fine tea. I’m not the biggest rooibos fan — or almond fan — so fine is high praise from me! No sweetener needed.
I love rooibos teas because they ate naturally decaffinated. This smells so almondy once the bag is open, after brewing, with a little stevia the taste of almond comes at the back end after the swallow. Like marzipan.:)
The taste reminds me of almond pastries my great-grandfather used to bake! Sweet and nutty, definitely a good dessert tea.

Rooibos almond is light and tasty.
The tea had a very strong almond smell. I drank it with some sugar and oat milk to bring out the flavors more. I found it to be a nice mellow tea.
This is one of my favorite almond teas. It’s great as an iced tea!
The almond scent is quite strong, especially pre-brewed. It reminded me a bit of almond cookies. The tea itself is naturally sweet, which is lovely. For me the almond flavoring toned down the rooibos flavor profile a bit, which I liked since I find red rooibos can taste almost medicinal at times. The tea is good, though not something I could see myself keeping stocked on its own. I could definitely see this tea being amazing in blends. I think it would work particularly well with some of the chocolate blends.

Just really not my cup of tea. Smells like cherries which I CAN NOT DEAL WITH. The almond flavor itself is just kinda meh.
The brewed scent was overpowering and I thought I would hate it, but the taste is much more subtle than the smell. It's a pleasant, sweet almond flavor. I had a few sips and gave the rest to my husband, an avid amaretto fan, and he was in love with the tea instantly.
Yuck. Not a fan of rooibos and almond isn’t my favourite thing. This is a pass. I did give the rest of my cup to my son.

The rooibos and almond meld seamlessly together here to create one sweet, strong tea. This is very much a dessert tea with a flavor profile that reminds me of amaretto. To me, it was too strong and too sweet, but I could see how others would really rave about this one. (5 min @ 212°F)
I have a fondness for the right amount of almond flavor and this hit it. I love how uncomplicated it is and still how tasty it was to me. A bit of sugar was all it needed and I was quite pleased.
Almond thankfully overpowers the rooibos, it is the cherry and almond nut almond flavoring.
almond smell overwhelming right when you open the bag, so be warned, you better like almonds. Almonds are just okay for me, but if you like em give this tea a try. It was nice with some honey and cream; like others have said kind of a marzipan flavor and with cream reminded me of Almond milk. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA October box.
Love this tea. Adore the almond flavor. Followed advice from other reviewers and did not add sugar. It did not need any.
The almond is nice, but it doesn’t quite hide that rooibos funk that a lot of rooibos gets, which kind of tastes like when you forget to wash a mug and then reuse it.
I walked away and forgot about my communiTEA packet again today, but given that I was working with a cup of rooibos, it didn't matter. If anything, the sweet marzipan of the almond flavoring was enhanced. As always, the red rooibos is an excellent vehicle for dessert flavors. A small amount of sweetening really put this tea over the top for me. (15 mins @ 212 F, 2 drops EZ-Sweetz)
It is a good tea with a sweet taste. I enjoyed it with a little creamer.
This one was just ok. Red rooibos tastes like cough syrup to me. The almond flavoring is what helped save this one from going down my drain as it covered up most of the medicinal taste. Added some French vanilla creamer to cover up the rest.
I am not a big fan of red rooibos tea so this one did not fare well with me. The almond did mask the flavor of the rooibos but not enough for me to truly enjoy this cup.
Absolutely love this tea. It gives me root beer vibes, is very almonds, and free of caffeine which is perfect for me.
Bro. This tea is the bee's knees. When I opened the bag, it was like I was yeeted into almond heaven. It has a delicious smell, literally divine. It evens out a little once you mix it with water, but it tastes so good. A nice, sweet, almond-y tea. It would be very nice with a shortbread cookie or something-I really don't know. This tea somehow makes me feel ridiculously fancy.

It smelled really good in the package. Once brewed it wasn’t bad, the almond flavor was there, it was better than the regular almond tea.

The dry tea mix smells almost exactly like how almond poppy seeds muffins taste: very sweet; very almond. There's a kind of tangy undernote as well. Freshly brewed, it smells the same but slightly more mild with less tang and more 'tea smell'. Within a minute, the tangy smell comes back and the tea smell goes more away; then it kind of shifts back and forth between those two profiles overtime. A very interesting transforming scent!
It definitely tastes like almonds, with a slightly seedy bitterness to it. It has a bit of a tang on the tongue, a slight oily mouthfeel, and a nice mild sweetness. Definitely an enjoyable sipping drink; it'd do really well with milk.
