There’s nothing boring about this vanilla! Honey and vanilla flavors play so nicely together, I just don’t want this CommuniTEA cup to end. It’s simply delicious and a great treat any time of day. I tried mine hot, but I’ll definitely pick some more up and try it iced! 7 mins at 210ºF.

The vanilla smell was strong from the packet of this tea, but I didn’t taste it as much as I had hoped in the tea itself. It was a nice cup of tea. Nothing special to my taste. I prefer black vanilla teas I think.

The flavor is a very smooth vanilla with the honeybush adding a pleasant sweetness. I like vanilla flavor and this tea is kind of like a vanilla creme...very tasty. (212F for 5min)

Not as much vanilla flavor as I had hoped. A bit of my homemade vanilla and a little sweetener improved it greatly. I would like to see it with blueberry added.

I'm not too wild about this tea. It brewed up to a pretty color, but the taste left me underwhelmed. I thought the vanilla flavor would be stronger than it was. It is very good in blends, but I don't like it on its own.

This one made me do the little happy food dance in my chair! It is simple but full of flavor. It smells lovely too. This is definitely getting wishlisted so I remember to grab it in the future.

UPDATED from 9/16/21
I like strong spicy teas, as well as sweet fruity teas, however THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST. It is a smooth tea with vanilla overtones and so very, very creamy. This has such a distinctly vanilla aroma in the CommuniTea packet. It steeps into a bright amber color. At first, nothing is added because it is perfect, just the way it is! The sweet and creamy flavor doesn’t disappear as it cools. The honeybush is earthy and nutty, providing a lovely base for the vanilla, which comes forward more when ¼ teaspoon of Truvia sweetener (to 10 oz) is finally added. Caffeine free makes this a keeper, even though it only steeps well once. I purchase and enjoy drinking many of Adagio’s other honeybush (and rooibos) teas. I like this one so much I use it in one of my own Powerful Women blends (My Pretty and Your Little Chocolate, Too!). (5 mins @212F).

The honeybush vanilla is a incredible tea. The Vanilla goes well with the hints of honey. I love this tea! One of the many great things about this tea is that it is caffeine free. Also this tea is great hot but makes a wonderful, iced tea Latte. steep: 7 Minutes: Temp 212:

A wonderful tea, delicious with a sweet hay and vanilla flavor. Many blends love to include it for a touch of sweet creamy goodness. It pairs well with almost any flavor - fruit, chocolate or nut and it's a good nightcap too with no caffeine to join other sleepy time blends.

My CT packet had 4 g/ 3 tsp of reddish brown leaves that brewed into a caramel colored liquor when steeped at 212*F for 5 minutes. A honey add strengthened the vanilla flavor and I enjoyed 16 oz. of soothing tea. A resteep of 8 oz. was tasty but offered a milder flavor. This is a relaxing anytime sip and I always have some on hand to drink solo or add to other teas.

Vanilla teas to me are somewhat bland on their own, but I enjoyed blending this with herbal berry teas to mellow them out.

This was a great sample to try. Not a strong vanilla flavor, but still good. I will drink it again.

Definitely one of my fave caffeine free teas. I drink it unsweetened because on it’s own the vanilla gives off a sweetness without any actual sweetener. This tea is like a warm hug from a favorite friend.

OMG! I m in love with this tea. Very light astringicy on first sip. The second full sip is a buttery mouth fell and tastes the way it smells in the bag. I was wanting a sweet something so added 1t. rock sugar. For my second steeping I won t use any sugar. Back to order more. @adagioteas

I love Adagio's vanilla flavor, and honeybush is a wonderful, nutty complement. I love this on its own or mixed in with other teas - it adds a nice malty flavor.

Very pleasantly surprised by this tea. With a few drops of stevia added, it is light and has the sweetness of honey or nectar. I love to have it as an end of the day tea to wind down after dinner.

A perfect mild and sweet tea to sip on after a long day. I love that it's not overwhelmingly sweet and that it doesn't have a synthetic vanilla flavor. It's like a simple dessert, in a cup.

I'll be honest; when I first smelled this tea, I didn't think I was going to like it, but after trying a cup, I found that I was pleasantly surprised! It certainly has a unique taste that I've never experienced in a tea before, but I very much enjoyed it!

I tried this blended in equal parts with honeybush wild berry and honeybush chocolate and it was amazing. I added cream and a bit of acacia honey and it was a nearly perfect cup of tea for me.

Love this! Vanilla goes so well with the nutty, earthy, and slightly sweet flavors of the honeybush. Bonus is that it goes so well with all sweeteners to make a slightly different tea. Try it with brown sugar, maple syrup, or cinnamon honey. It is good with all of them. Also great to keep on hand to blend with other teas. I love mixing this with chamomile before bed. Steeped at 212° for 5 mins. Cheers!

Honeybush Vanilla is a classic. It's sweet and creamy, and works well as either a comforting hot tea or a refreshing iced latte. This was my first experience with Adagio's take on this familiar friend, and as usual, they nailed it.

This was mild on the vanilla flavor but still a most enjoyable decaf cup of tea.

The aroma of this tea both dry and steeped is intensely buttery; it actually reminded me of a heavily oaked chardonnay but much more intense. It was so aromatic that I was actually disappointed in the flavor. Compared to the rich scent, the flavor of the tea is subtle and thin. It's not bad, by any means, just underwhelming. It's fine on it's own but would be more interesting in blends. That said, a second steep with honey added allowed a little buttery smoothness to come through. (5+ minutes @ 212F)

I am really starting to enjoy Honeybush teas but this one surprised me. I’m not a big vanilla fan but this was delicious. It was a much milder vanilla flavor that what it smelled like it would be. The honeybush is naturally sweet and didn’t need any additions. I think it would be great blended with other teas. I had it hot this morning and was sad when my cup was empty. Yet another tea to add to my shopping list. 200° for 5 min.

I enjoyed my CommuniTEA packet chilled. Vanilla is the prominent flavor noted and it’s delicious. The sweetness of the honeybush is a perfect vehicle for the vanilla. This is a caffeine free delight! Happy sipping!

I definitely think this tea tastes like vanilla. The down side for me is that is also reminded me of the taste of raisins. As I don't like raisins, I really couldn't enjoy this tea. I think you could drink this tea hot or iced. I also didn't think it needed any sugar.

Today's CommuniTea packet is honeybush vanilla, which is made of honeybush tea with vanilla flavor added. When you open the packet, it smells like you've just opened a box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix. After brewing, it lost some of the over-sweetness, but it picked up another scent that seems out of place. I think I'd enjoy it more if I couldn't smell it. I do like it more than some honeybushes, though. 12 ounces of 200 degree water for three minutes.

Smooth, sweet honeybush! Great in blends but can also carry it's own. It's good with or without sweetener. Even works well with a bit of milk imo. This one is a good caf-free vanilla tea!
