I love the honeybush flavor. It is sweeter than rooibos (I think), and has a very good light taste. I usually add a little sweetener to my teas, but with this one I didn't need to. It was perfect.
Rich, warm vanilla with the honeyed aroma and gentle toasty quality of Honeybush herb from South Africa.

I love the honeybush flavor. It is sweeter than rooibos (I think), and has a very good light taste. I usually add a little sweetener to my teas, but with this one I didn't need to. It was perfect.
I prefer rooibos over honeybush, but this has a nice vanilla taste.
I agree with the others who recommend this tea if red roobios is a little too tobacco-y for you. The honeybush is definitely milder but still has that unique smokey earthiness not found in green or black tea. The vanilla really goes great with the honeybush flavor as well as any fruity herbal you want to blend with it.
I mix this tea with many different flavors- it's my favorite to blend with.
Smooth and sweet, this is really good in the evening as a soothing hot cup, and nice iced too. Really flavorful either way.
My second favorite only out ranked by plain old Honeybush. A very sweet tea with just enough vanilla to really set off the fireworks!
Has a slight hint of vanilla, but I thought it would be stronger than this. Definitely smooth. I think I have to let it steep for a lot longer though.
Was a little excited and nervous to try this tea after not liking the flavor of roobios caramel, and I'm glad to say that it's great! Very, very sweet, smooth flavor. Will most likely be turning to this tea whenever I crave something sweet late at night
Oh my... this is an awesome tea. I drink this at night due to its lack of caffeine. I also enjoy mixing this with spearmint. 5 Stars.
This tea gives great flavor to other teas...smells quite floral before brewing, but gives aromatic delight and flavor.
Delicate vanilla flavor with sweetness from the honeybush. Delicious hot or iced. Honey in this one is a very nice complement.
I don't drink this alone but use it to help sweeten EVERY cup of tea I drink. I don't use sugar or ANY sweetener so this is a wonderful addition to any tea.
Very sweet tasting tea with a wonderful vanilla richness. I had never tried honeybush before and this is a great introduction. Will have to try more.
I like the honeybush variety better than rooibos. It's smoother.
Ug, yuck. I remain deeply unimpressed by honeybush; it's all like really watery rooibos. Same as all the flavors.
This is my favorite! Not overpowering, just the right amount of vanilla. I like this one during the afternoon or right before bed. It's perfect!
I like this one -- maybe a bit more vanilla would be better, but it's a nice evening change of pace.
has a great thick vanilla flavor and scent. would be good to mix with Caramel black or Chocolate Chip I think. That will be my next testing.
This has a really smooth and unique flavor that I really like in the evening after dinner.
I actually liked this tea more than the regular honeybush from Adagio, though both are fantastic. Both are great for relieving tension and calming an upset stomach. Both taste lovely sweet and clean, but the vanilla just adds an extra creamy (almost buttery) warmth that makes this my current favorite tea.
A great combination. A very soothing after dinner tea. Light and refreshing.
Delicious mixed with wild strawberry or peppermint. One of my favorites!
Not bad, but not amazing either. The vanilla taste was subtle and served to cut some of the sweet-earth taste. That said, I felt that the vanilla combatted with the natural honeybush taste instead of complemented it.
This is another wonderful nighttime tea. It's sweet, soothing, creamy, and just decadent. I enjoy it with a splash of milk also, but no sugar needed.
I bought a sample of this from Adagio because I love using it to blend teas. The tea itself is made up of the small red-brown splinters typical of rooibos, with a vanilla aroma.
I brewed tea, hot, no additives for seven minutes. The tea itself is a little bitter, but plain, light, rooibos, with vanilla flavor. As I said, it is unfortunately a little tart/bitter in the front. However, the vanilla flavor and creaminess makes it very good.
I like to blend this one with other teas. Mates, chais, anything spiced. Adding the honeybush vanilla just mellows out any overwhelming flavors, brightens any underlying flavors and adds an overall creaminess with a slight vanilla flavor.
Overall, pretty good, especially for blending.
Super good! The flavor of this is subtle, but that's the nature of honeybush and rooibos.
Yummy tea! The vanilla is perfectly balanced, not to sweet but sweet enough without sugar! It is good on its own or mixed with honeybush hazelnut.
This tea is quite tasty with a subtle vanilla flavor. It's awesome in blends!
Such a great tea on its own or I really like to use it to give some vanilla flair to any of my flavored teas!
My husband, who is a big fan of rooibus vanilla, really loves this tea! It is just sweet enough and, since it's not caffeinated, makes a pleasant evening tea.
The honeybush Vanilla is a very sweet tea and does not need any added sweetner. The tea taste exactly how it smells and for the name of it. I enjoyed drinking this tea on a cold winter day. This brew is perfect for an every once in a while type thing but not for an every day use.
Mixed with some honeybush chocolate or all alone, can't beat it!
Compared to rooibos teas, I found this one to have a much more pleasing taste
Unfortunately, this tea did not deliver for me. Although it smelled great in the tin and once steeped the tea itself proved week. I am dissapointed as I had high hopes and I bought a 4oz tin. :o( However, I will adjust the steep next time for a possible better result.
I love the sweet flavor of honeybush. While I probably will not drink this on its own, I love it blended with the honeybush chocolate and hazelnut in the A Caffeine-Free Hot Chocolate blend.
Doesn't taste a lot vanilla but overall, it's pretty good !
Really smooth and delicious, very comforting on a cold night. This is my favorite of the honeybush flavors.
Very one dimensional. I think honeybush has hints of vanilla in it anyway so although this tea was not offensive it certainly was not interesting by any means.
I really enjoy the flavor of vanilla and this combination is a winner! A great alternative to black tea as it is decaf...so go ahead, drink and enjoy!
This tea has a nice earthy flavor and the vanilla tastes very natural. I like it better than rooibos.
This is a good flavor by itself, but it's fantastic for blending with the fruit-flavored honeybush teas. It's really good with honeybush apricot or orange.
Not my favorite sample that I bought. Neither honeybush's that I sampled were to my liking. The vanilla flavor was not there for me - stale like
This tea is delicious! I could drink it all day long. Regular roiboos teas tend to taste a little bit like kalamata olives to me, but the honeybush teas do not at all. Honeybush vanilla is sweet without being overpowering. The longer you steep it, the better it gets. The first time I brewed it I used a teaspoon full of tea and it was too weak. I tried it with two teaspoonfuls the next time and it was awesome.
I love all the honeybush flavors from Adagio, but vanilla is just awesome. It has a smooth, creamy flavor that is great iced or hot. Sometimes i mix it with other herbal teas, or just drink it plain. It cold brews REALLY well, also!
Really delicious, hardly needs any milk or sugar at all.
This was an ok tea, but I found it a little weak for my taste. The vanilla flavor was also lacking.
this tea tastes great iced. it's a nice, unique taste for a summer drink
The vanilla saves this tea for me. I brings the honey flavor up.
This is by far one of my favorites.. I highly recommend this tea especially if you have a sweet tooth
I really like this one...it has a very light taste from the honeybush and the vanilla just makes it great.
