I am still pretty new to honeybush teas, but I find the ones that I have tried to be pretty good. To me this one has that mellower version of the rooibos flavor which brings a natural sweetness to the cup. This works out for me as I like to drink my tea without adding anything most of the time. The vanilla is complimentary to the honeybush flavor. This tea on its own is nice, but I really think this one may be more suited in being a base for some blending fun. 212° 5 min
CommuniTEA sample: 5 min @ 212 F. The first infusion I made with this tea I found to be a little bit too sweet and artificial tasting. The vanilla is nice, but it has some notes that seem very creamy and buttery and just don't feel right for a tea on its own, when I haven't added any cream or sweetener to it. But, the second infusion was much better, and brought out a lot of the soft, naturally sweet elements from the honeybush itself. I think the natural sweetness from the honeybush and the vanilla aroma play very well together, and when the vanilla isn't quite as strong, they are a good balance!
Kind of like a birthday cake without the calories. I could see this as a good dessert or sleepy time treat.
This tea was a great start for the month of May. The honey and vanilla flavors blended well together to make a refreshing tea.
I was not terribly excited about this tea, but it turned our so much better than I could have thought. The vanilla in this tea just comes across so clearly - it's not a filler or blending flavor, it is the STAR of the show. I don't find the honeybush altering the taste too much, besides adding a touch of honey sweetness, making this tea almost taste like ice cream
I drink a cup of this every night while winding down before bed. Absolutely delicious real honey vanilla flavor. Nothing artificial tasting here.

I discovered how wonderful this tea is as a blend with others through one of Adagio's recommended blends. Now I am ordering it on its own to recreate that blend and experiment with others.

The first thing you notice about this tea is the heavenly aroma coming out of the cup. I'm pretty sure that said 'YUM' with every sip. Definitely stocking up on this one. It helped me get a solid, peaceful night's sleep. Highly recommended!

A wonderful calming tea, tastes reminiscent of rooibos but isn't quite rooibos. Will give a sample to a friend who loves teas but not rooibos to see if they agree. One of my go-to teas when needing to unwind after a stressful day.
Both Honeybush Vanilla and Chocolate are my go to teas in the mornings. I love the smell of both and the plus is that herbal teas do not leave a stain on your teeth.

Definitely one of the more distinct honeybush teas. Pairs wonderfully with the honeybush hazelnut and the honeybush blueberry pancake teas.
Refreshingly delicious as a cold-brew tea (steeped normal then cooled). Just sweet enough with a touch of earthiness makes this great to always have on hand in the refridgerator. I will have to try it as a sun tea mext summer.

Simple and hearty, a great staple tea. The vanilla doesn't taste artificial and the honey bush gives it a bit of extra depth.
I don't think this is a very VANILLA offering-- the Honeybush itself alters the taste. When I combine Honeybush Vanilla with Decaf Vanilla, then it's tastier to me. This is a useful product to have on hand for blending.

This is one of my favorite teas to end the day with. The smell of fresh vanilla reminds me of freshly baked sugar cookies. The vanilla is a subtle note to the tea and adding a bit of honey helps to bring it out even more.
I mix this with Earl Grey cream and it is so rich and filling. It has rich roasty flavor from the Huneybush and the smoothness of vanilla. Honeybush may be an acquired taste. If you like robust strong teas, you might give this a try.

I've tried lots of vanilla teas before but this one tops the list! I wasn't expecting to like it that much, but it surprised me! It's just a rich, clean vanilla, very natural in aroma and taste. What's not to like? Perfect on a rainy day!
Our favorite - slightly better than rooibos vanilla in my opinion. Served with milk and it is a sweet delight!

This is perfectly fine on its own, especially if you need a caffeine-free vanilla, but I think it’s even better for adding to blends. Just my personal preference.

A soothing cup for when you need something without caffeine with a hint of vanilla. I prefer to sweeten it up a bit and this one is pretty flexible for whatever you want to add to it.

A standard honeybush blend. Not too thrilling, but not bad.
I really enjoyed this tea very much. Honeybush by itself is delicious, and adding the sweet taste of vanilla is the icing on the cake! I brewed it at 195 for 3 minutes. I highly recommend this for a most enjoyable, decaf treat.
