It has a nice, light taste. I think it is better with a little sweetener. On its own the flavor doesn't come out as much.

A great caffeine free option. I prefer this iced so I steep 16 oz and enjoy 8 hot and I e the rest. Love the mango flavor.

Excellant iced tea. I've also had this hot and enjoyed it too. It had a little sweetness to it.

It tastes a little like GUM of all things. It's not bad per se but it's not very mango-flavored.

A very nice mango scent and flavour from this tea, a little bit of sugar did wonders for me

My favorite comfort tea. This is my go to hot tea at night when I am not looking for caffeine and just relaxing. Smells so good with the mango and the honey bush is smooth.

This is a nice tea. I like all of the Honeybush blends I’ve tried so far and I enjoy its natural light sweetness. The mango was a nice addition and was certainly not overdone, nor was it overbearing. I had this in the evening shortly before going to bed. What a great treat!

Another day with mango so another opportunity to share! Since I have found I really like honeybush teas I was interested to see what my taster thought. She enjoyed the tea - said it wasn’t an overly strong mango flavor but she too liked the honeybush which was exciting for me!

Adagio's mango teas generally do a pretty good job of replicating the fruity and floral notes of mango-- this one included. The rooibos is mild and not overly woodsy. Though, as it cools, I can taste a little bit of apple and the mango flavor is not as strong. I would recommend drinking this hot.

The sweet nutty flavor of the honeybush pairs nicely with the mango and apple in this cup! As the tea cooled the fruit flavor really came through and a few grains of pure cane sugar further enhanced the mango flavor. I think this might become one of my regulars!

Overall, this is a very light mango flavored tea. The fruity scent of mango is very apparent after opening the packet which made me a little worried about this tea. Luckily it brewed lighter. Though the flavor does make me think of mango extract more than an actual mango it is still a nice tea to sip at the end of the day. (212F for 5min)

I always like a honeybush base, so this one has a head start for me. The mango wasn't especially prominent, which was again a good thing for me, but if you especially love mango, you might not be impressed. The resulting tea was somewhat fruity and I'd drink it again, but it's not going on my wishlist or anything.

The mango flavor comes through nicely via the honeybush base. Nonetheless, when the cup is under my nose, I can smell the honeybush itself beneath the flavoring-- not a great thing IMO. Still, the 'tea' tastes good. Probably it's better to me when blended with other flavors.

Sugary honeybush can be a great base for fruit flavors, but mango is so sweet that there's not enough body to this sip. Something about this combo also leaves a very slightly soapy flavor. This is still a tasty and enjoyable sip, but something was a bit off for me.

CommuniTEA sample: It's a dark red brew that tastes a little woody with a hint of mango. This is good iced.

Easy to drink and light on the tongue. You mostly taste the honeybush with a very light backdrop taste of mango.

UPDATED 8-21-22: It was like I could tell the future. I once again tried Honeybush Mango by itself with fruit tisanes honey and ice. It was once again bland; however, I did end up blending it into one of my blends today and, just as I had foretold, it really worked! So I stand by my original position of recommending this tea for blending only.

ORIGINAL: I made my Honeybush Mango hot with some extra mango and fruit tisanes honey. It was okay, but unfortunately did not take the sweetness of the honey and did not really have any mango flavor at all. It was not a bad tea, just very bland. I think this one needs to be blended with other flavors for support. I would recommend this tea, but for blending only.

I'm a fan of honeybush teas, as well as mango as a flavor, so I was looking forward to trying this blend. The dry tea didn't have much of a smell, and the brewed tea didn't have much of a flavor. I can detect the honeybush's distinct flavor, and there's a hint of fruit flavor, but it doesn't really come through very strongly. Overall this a nice tea and is easy to drink, but it also doesn't have any 'wow' factor either- I wouldn't seek this blend out again. 5 mins @ 205°F

UPDATED from 7/14/21: Honeybush teas are one of my favorites due to great flavor and zero caffeine! The CommuniTEA packet’s aroma smells like a tropical paradise. After steeping, the liquid is a clear, rusty orange. The aroma is still tropical. The nuttiness of the honeybush helps the flavor of sweet mango and (almost) banana. I chill it and find this has a creamy mouthfeel and clean finish. Adding ¼ teaspoon sweetener really brings out the mango flavor and helps me think I am drinking a tropical dessert. This makes a great ice tea. ( 5 mins @ 212ºF + sweetener).

I love how the honeybush has a sweeter and much more enjoyable flavor than the rooibos. That being said, the light mango in this makes this a nice enjoyable drink anytime of the day that you would like to have it. Better cooled I think.

I purchased this alongside the rooibos mango to compare. This has a much sweeter, fruity mango smell than the rooibos. Once brewed, like the rooibos, it has a medicinal, cough syrup flavor, though not nearly as strong and revolting as the rooibos. Between the two, this one is the better option, but I'd recommend skipping both and having a cup of the mango mate, instead.
