Green Rooibos Customer Reviews

This natural sweetness and low tannin content ensure a smooth, never bitter brew that requires little if any, sweetener. Like red rooibos, it is also naturally caffeine-free and great plain or flavored, hot or iced for anytime enjoyment.

This is a nice, lightly flavored, sweet tea. I enjoy it as a relaxing evening cup, though I prefer its Key West counterpart. I like it with a bit of honey, no milk.

Loved it! Totally different then any other rooibos tea I've had. Has a great flavor and was really great iced as well as hot. This tea totally knocked my socks off.

I love red rooibos for its strong medicinal taste. This one was good, but my preference is for red.

an awesome idea that turned into a great product. i've never been a big fan of rooibos, but for some reason i really enjoyed this variety. its much more grassy and clean tasting.

This is a good non flavored Rooibos. I enjoy this one chilled with some sweetener.

This was my first green rooibos- and I was pleasantly surprised. I have tried many of the red rooibos teas because I've heard how great they are for allergies (which I suffer from)- but I find them too astringent and strong. I am a plain green, white and oolong tea drinker (no fruits or flavoring added)- I find black tea too strong- and I'd put the red rooibos in that too strong category. But this plain green rooibos is quite nice. It's very nutty, a bit toasty, and only very slightly astringent. It brews to a nice pale orange color and it's extremely drinkable. I will buy it again

I just tried a sample of this tea and I love it. Unlike traditional rooibos it does not that citrusy after taste that I like alot.

Mixes well with the herbal teas. I blended it with the strawberry and cherry and it was excellent.

Loved it the first time I tried it. First time buying it from Adagio and find it top quality, great taste, and like all rooibos I drink, I love it the next day after chilled in fridge. Cannot over-steep!

I have not tried other rooibos or rooibos green mixes, but this is definitely a great blend. It is a great option for a tea collection looking for a varied taste. I'm not sure if one can taste a huge difference between the green, but it sure is good.

This was my first time trying green rooibos, and it was exactly what I wanted it to be. It's green 'tea' made from rooibos. Delicious.

Tasted a bit like green tea, and it had a lot of sediment.

The green variety of Rooibos os an acquired taste. I did grow to like it but not right out of the box.

★★★★☆

Not as delicious as my favorite Rooibos, but it's a nice, relaxing, caffeine-free 'tea'.

Not the worst thing in the world, but I won't be reordering this that's for sure! I strongly prefer regular rooibos and will be sticking with that. The green has a slight vegetative taste to it, which I usually enjoy, but this tea just wasn't working for me.

A recent trip to South Africa introduced me to rooibos tea, which I came to love. I was curious about green rooibos, but I find that I'll stick with the regular version. This tasted sour and astringent

My new favorite addiction are the Green Rooibos!! thank you!

I love the flavor of green rooibos, and it has more antioxidants than regular rooibos. So this is basically a win-win for me.

Even though I am mostly a black tea person, I LOVE this tea. It's now one of my favorites. Its nice, light, slightly herb/woody, without the odd taste that red rooibos usually has for me. Tastes almost like a green tea, but without the caffeine. A from me.

I love rooibos, and I'm generally quite fond of tea, but this combo did nothing for me.

I admittedly have only made it once, and I'm curious if I add a touch of honey and milk (like I usually do to rooibos) instead of just drinking it plain (like I do green) it might be better, but currently I'm not a fan. A tea should be able to stand on it's own without sweeteners.

This has a much stronger herbal flavor than regular rooibos

Did not like this one a bit. The only one of the twenty teas I sampled that I threw out. Reminded me of dirty water. Maybe Rooibos is not for me... Honeybush seemed ok.

I can't complain about this one. It delivers exactly what it should-sweet and woody notes.

I am glad Adagio gave me the opportunity to try green rooibos for the first time. I prefer this to traditional rooibos. Highly recommended.
