The citrus pairs better with the green rooibos than I expected.

Loads of citrus aroma and flavor in this one. It’s good warm or cold.

Mmm, this is spectacular! Green Rooibos is a win for me, always. And, I am wild for Citrus. Definitely going to enjoy this as an iced and hot caffiene-free bev, this summer. Tang-y & Tasty! On Wishlist!

UPDATED from 5/3/21: The aroma of fresh wood and lemon greets my nose as the CommuniTEApacket opens. It steeps into a bright, clear orange tea. Fairly light on citrus, I add a little lemon juice to kick it up. Adding ¼ teaspoon of sweetener also helps bring the fruit flavor forward more. This remains a very mild green tea, with a subtle tropical fruit flavor. This is delicious cold and with no caffeine, can be drunk anytime. (5 mins @212ºF + lemon juice).

Very strong citrus aroma but the taste didn’t follow suit. I added sugar and that brought the citrus out. I definitely taste the Rooibos influence in the tea. It’s not bad but I think I prefer regular green citrus.

A bold citrus aroma coming out of the packet. The infusion was softer citrus than I expected which was nice. Half way thru my cup It tasted similar to fruit loops cereal to me. An enjoyable blend.

I love this Rooibos! It is citrusy and refreshing and I can’t wait to try it iced!

This was such a surprise. I loved the citrus pop and it blocks the rooibos taste, so this is one all can enjoy.

This is a very enjoyable tisane with nice citrus notes. Brewed Western style and sweetened a bit with stevia to bring out the fruity flavor.

I was very impressed my this one. I love how the citrus notes compliment the green rooibos. I have to be careful with anything floral or citrus as it can trigger headaches and this tea was just the right combo!

I am not a fan of red rooibos, a lesson learned after trying a combination of blends and flavors. So I was surprised to find an immediate affection for green. This blend is exactly what I had been craving, a decaffeinated citrusy green brew for evenings. Can't wait to try it iced. An absolute pleasure to be drinking during these early spring (still snowy and cold here in AK) days.

This tea is very fresh, and very flavorful. The citrus flavors are the real star, and the rooibos back them up very nicely.

This is a nice green rooibos tea, but I like the lemon cloud more. This has a slightly artificial taste that I find distracting.

I got this tea for my fiance, who prefers citrus flavors over sweet, fruity ones, but found myself enjoying it quite a bit. The citrus notes are subtle but present, and honestly this tea is perfect for sitting out on the porch watching a Texas summer sunset.

As a recovering coffee drinker, I am doing something with my first CommuniTea box that may anger any purists out there... mixing these fancy teas with other (sometimes OTC) blends so I can get my energy fix in the morning. I also prefer my tea quite strong, so bear that in mind.

I steeped today's tea in boiling water and, after smelling the intense citrus aroma coming from the packet, poured it over a teabag of Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy (which contains the caffeine I so desperately crave). The flavors mixed pretty well and I finished it off by stirring in a dipped spoon of Appalachian Bee Spring Blossom Honey. Just as good on second steep! All in all, a pleasurable experience.

This was such a nice light, citrus-flavored tea. I enjoyed both the hot and iced version during the warmer months, but could also see this being a great throat soother during cold/flu season.

Great kick of lemon and orange flavors. Slightly sweet on its own, but I do like to add a bit of honey. Blends so well with other teas to add a nice citrus kick. So refreshing! Great hot or cold. Cheers!

I wife wanted me to try the Rooibos teas and this was one of them. It is definitely citrus flavored but I must admit I am not a fan of this type of tea (any of them)

The lemon-lime-orange flavor is very forward, which is excellent. But how the flavors blend tastes like Fruity Pebbles cereal, depending on how much milk/sugar is added. I don't mind that, but others may feel differently.

After buying, I realized that this tea has 'Natural [Fruit] Flavors', which legally doesn't need to be sourced from the actual fruit. I even emailed them to validate this, and they said they can't tell me what is in the 'Natural [Fruit] Flavor', just that it's plant derived. There's a lot of things out there that are 'plant derived' that I don't want in my body. (Plus, it tastes like the lemon drop hard candies we used to have growing-up - very, very artificial.) Needless to say, I won't be making further purchases & will be looking to source my tea from someone who uses real ingredients.

This is an entire citrus grove in a cup. The lemon and orange are very strong and upfront, but not in a bad way. This is tasty hot, but tastes like a fruity cereal with sugar and iced!

I enjoyed this blend more than I was expecting to, after reading all the reviews saying it tasted like Fruit Loops. I didn't get that feeling from it at all, really. It smelled like sweet lemon/orange to me. Anyway, I brewed at 212F for 5 minutes, and I enjoyed it more hot than cool. It was a little bit sweet on its own, without sweetener, which was also enjoyable. If you enjoy citrus flavors and rooibos tea, give this one a try.

Today's CommuniTEA packet smelled like orange and lemon peel. I pressed the VelociTEA button for herbal tea to steep for 7 minutes at 212ºF, which produced a tisane with a green-orange hue.

The flavor is mild yet airy, like orange and lemon peel without the zesty bite. It's actually quite mellow and blends into the green rooibos flavor.

This one isn't my favorite when compared to other green rooibos blends, but it was a decent one to try as a sample. The citrus flavors are a little too much like fruity pebbles cereal, which I'm not sure that I enjoy in the form of tea. When put up next to my favorite, the Green Rooibos Bonita, this one pales in comparison. So it's difficult for me to imagine drinking this one regularly.

Adagio's citrus flavors work particularly well with green rooibos, apparently. I wasn't expecting to like this blend as much as I do, but it's perfectly lemony without tipping over into Lemon Pledge territory. (5 mins @ 212 F, no additions)

As many CommuniTEAers have noted, this blend tastes far less citrus-y than one might expect based on the scent.
Is it bad? No, but it's pretty far off from expectation. I don't hate it, though, it's just not my favorite.

When I opened this packet you would have thought I sliced fresh oranges open.
I may have added a wee bit too much sugar. As it now taste like a pez candy! LOL
That however is not necessarily a negative!!
Green Rooibos is much better in my opinion, than red rooibos. So this didn't had a medicine or deep woody flavor. It was much more enjoyable!

Like others have noted, the aroma of this tea is far more potent than the flavor. That said, I appreciated not having my tongue assaulted with citrus tang. Though the citrus flavor certainly does become more pronounced as the tea cools, it remains in balance with the green rooibos base. Similarly, the combination of citrus is balanced, too; it's not overly orangey or lemony. It was pleasant enough to drink hot, but I’m intrigued to try it iced. Oh, and yes, like others have noted, the aroma is reminiscent of fruity childhood cereals (Fruity Pebbles, in my opinion).

I really enjoyed today's communitea tea! I brewed it as recommended and had a lovely citrus fruity cup. I actually found it reminded me a little bit like a lemon/lime soda, but just without the actual fizz.
I enjoyed the cup and found mlooking at the book my cup all too soon. I didn't get the chance to try this one cold, since I drank it down too quickly, but I'm guessing it would make a very elegant iced tea version. It tasted almost like a cocktail, but absolutely no alcohol! I found this one to be a winner!

What a lovely smelling tea when the packet was first opened! I love citrus teas and this had a strong citrus scent and flavor. I wish I used a little less liquid as the flavor was delicious but weak. I didn't get to taste as much of the nuances of flavor as I might have with a more concentrated blend. Fortunately I have a sample and will try again.

I didn't expect such a strong lemondrop scent when I opened my CommuniTea packet. The flavor was plenty strong, but thankfully not as strong as it smelled. This tea was bright & sweet, I liked it hot, but it was also very good once it cooled. Not much sugar was needed, too much & you'd really get into lemondrop territory.

Did not think it would be good because I hate rooibos. HATE, but I guess green is a different story. I will be buying this for sure.

I open the bag to smell ORANGE. More properly citron, but I've been much more familiar in my life with oranges than citrons. There's a hint of lemon to the smell, but there's too much sweet citrus to the smell to not immediately think orages.

I usually take my CommuniTEA picture of just the cup and the empty pouch, but I bought mandarin oranges today, so included them for a bit of appropriate background. The color of the brewed tea is several shades dark and reminds me more of mid-tanned leather rather than a bright orange. It still smells strongly of oranges with a small sour note of lemons (pleasantly sour).

It's a fairly milder orange taste, I think the green rooibos is helping to mute it.

Still a pleasant cup, and I wonder how it would work as an iced tea.

I really like this one, the citrus is nice, and tastes sweet even without a sweetener. It smelled very strongly of orange and lemon in the packet, and both tastes are also in the finished tea.

The smell as I opened the packet was amazing, fresh and citrusy! But when brewed the citrus flavors were very faint. Drank half hot then chilled the rest and definitely preferred it when cold. Overall a light and mellow citrus tea.
