I love almond and cardamom. This tea for me became perfect with extra cardamom and a tip of a teaspoon of clover honey. I usually do not choose rooibos, but I think this blend is a lovely treat.

I really like this tea, again it's a roobios that surprises me, it's so good the cardamom is light, the almond flavor is subtle, but they work together just perfect enough that I don't get that medicinal punch to my tastebuds, totally yummy!!!

Based upon the smell I didn't expect much from this tea as I'm not the biggest fan of red rooibos. However, this tea pleasantly surprised me. The flavor is much better than the aroma. I don't know how they pulled that off, but they did. Delicious.
My favorite herbal tea. Goes great any time of year. Warm and inviting with strong cardamom. Fantastic.
This tea smelled delicious! It was pretty good but not as strong on the flavor as it was on the smell.
I really enjoyed this tea. I wasn't sure how sweet it would be, but I think it has more of a light sweet flavor. I enjoy it on a night when I'm not having dessert or I need help with a sugar craving. It's light and nutty and I'm glad that I tried it.
One of my favorites that I will very much be getting again. The smell when it is steeping is so soothing and the taste is just as wonderful.
This one knocks it out of the park. I have been looking for a tea with cardamom and this is it. I wasn't sure about the sweet connotations to the 'cake' part of the name (and blend), but it makes the flavor taste warm.
Great cardamom flavor but the rooibos flavor overpowers a little more than I like. I like to enjoy this once in a while but not everyday.
Fantastic! Great flavor, reminiscent of marzipan and the lack of caffeine makes it a nice bedtime substitute for chai.
Originally I tried this with a teachef sample, and at the time I wasn't sure I wanted to give it a go, but when I did try it, I used it in a parfait recipe, and it was honestly delicious. Before I knew it, the sample was gone with something I didn't think I was going to like, but I can honestly say this is one of the most delicious things I've had on this site. It's wonderful. It's great. It's absolutely delicious.
Amazing. Was recommended by a friend who also recommended Adagio teas. Wonderful flavor and smell. Just bought the 1lb bag of this and am looking forward to drinking it.
I’m actually on my second bag of this. I picked up my first on a whim and got hooked! Nutty and spicy with a creamy background. I like it sweetened with cream or coconut milk. Makes a great after dinner treat.
If you like cardamom then good news! The almond and rooibos take a backseat to the full battering ram of cardamom in this tea, I really like it, but I really like cardamom so this was my kinda tea. Good hot, really good with a chill
This is a fantastic tea, which I didn’t expect to love as much as I do. It’s wonderful to drink on its own with a splash of cream and rooibos honey, but I’ve found that it pairs so well as a base note when mixed with other teas. It’s great mixed with apple cinnamon rooibos, year of the tiger tea, literally any chai, and especially the rooibos pecan turtle tea. I Will be ordering so much of this lovely, versatile tea!
This tea is very aromatic and relaxing. I find it needs to steep a little to bring out the aroma and flavor, but delicious. One of my absolute favorites!
This is an excellent tea for the midday or evening hours. The flavors are well-balanced. This one will definitely be in the herbal rotation.
When I first drank this I was expecting more nutty flavor, however the second time I brewed it, it was absolutely delicious. Cardamom and nutty flavors really do belong together!

Sooooo yummy! Cardamom is nice and strong, and the almond and cocoa are very nice. A really surprising combo honestly, I was on a cardamom kick so I was sampling a ton of stuff with cardamom in it, but I will definitely be coming back for more!

Adagio's rooibos teas inspired by pastries are some of my favorite evening teas and this one adds nicely to the line. It is slightly sweet, with hints of chocolate, cinnamon and, of course, cardamon. It is great by itself, or paired with actual cake!
It has a great comforting flavor. The almond and cardamom come through nicely. I think it would make a great base for a tea latte.
I love cardamom and this tea does not disappoint. It is great hot, as well as an iced tea. It's a great after dinner tea as it is caffeine free.
Absolutely delicious and very fragrant of cardamom. Whole pods present in the mix. I love mixing it with black tea when I need a little caffeine but it's a satisfying cup for the evenings when I need to stay caffeine free. I absolutely adore this tea.

3.5 stars rounded up. This is a nice dessert like tea. It’s a bit stronger on the almond than the cardamom. I would have preferred more of a cardamom forward tea but this one is nice if you want something in the sweeter range
This 'red' rooibos tea is ta well-suited companion to a Persian pastry and pairs well with steamed almond milk.
Delicious! Nice nutty flavor that goes well with the cardamom. I think this would be even better as a black tea. I am going to mix this one with different black teas until it's perfect.

A good tea, but the cardamom was a little too strong. It took over the almond flavor and was a little to strong for my taste.
STRONG for a rooibos, full of sweet spices. Tastes like the way stepping into the bakery at the Indian market smells like. Its interesting, complex but comforting.
While I've not steeped a cup of the Almond Cardamom Cake yet, I smell the tea often. It smells so perfect that I want to make a dessert to have with a cuppa. I'll probably update once I've tasted this tea, but I'm sure it will remain at 5 stars!
This was lovely. It smelled amazing, tasted wonderful, and is definitely something I'm going to want to try again as the weather gets colder.

This tea is very delicious! It is the perfect dessert tea with the sweetness of the almond flavoring.
This tea is amazing. It's perfectly nutty and sweet without a need for added sweetener. I could drink this tea all day long. The only sad thing about it is that a pound doesn't go as far as with some of the less dense teas. It does stand up to a second steep, though!
Warm and spicy with a strong taste of cardamom. This was the first spiced tea that I did *not* enjoy with milk. Without, it was pretty good. The almond flavor comes through nicely.

This is the only tea from Adagio that I haven’t liked. Unfortunately, it’s awful. From the start, the smell was… weird. I definitely smelled the almond flavoring. The taste was terrible. I’m bummed because I had been waiting to try this tea for awhile.

It's a little strong, so be warned, but it tastes like speculoos cookies from the Netherlands in a really comforting way. Definitely a dessert tea with a bit of honey or sugar.
A comforting and mellow tea that I could just inhale all day long, it smells so good. The depth, and slightl earthiness, of the toasted almond combines well with the cardamom and cinnamon. The white cornflower petals add a pretty touch.
This sounded good in name but didn't deliver for me. It was similar to almond rooibos but with added flavours which make it seem sweeter. But somehow the aroma turned me off.

After brewing the rooibos and cardamon blend well together. This tea is very soothing to the mouth and senses. This tea has just a touch of cinnamon and nutty goodness.
