This is a very nice naturally decaffeinated tea. I can taste all the flavours, its such a good blend without being overpowering. I highly recommend. Its a nice comfort tea
The richness of toasted almond is decadent and soul-affirming, balanced lovingly by the perky, uplifting notes of cardamom and a touch of sweet cinnamon in our caffeine-free rooibos.

This is a very nice naturally decaffeinated tea. I can taste all the flavours, its such a good blend without being overpowering. I highly recommend. Its a nice comfort tea
This is one of my favorites--it smells like Swedish almond cake, a family favorite tea-time treat! Now to have this tea to complement it is perfection. If you like almond cake or marzipan, this is the tea for you.
I was looking for something comforting and warming on this chilly October morning. This totally hit the spot! I added a bit of milk and as someone else said, it tastes like a windmill cookie or speculoos cookie in a cup!
Very tasty tea. It is a little less of a dessert tea than I was expecting, but the almond and cardamom come through clearly.
This is my second favorite tea blend after Nutcracker. Initially I only added maple syrup to it, and it was great. Now, I add soy milk and maple syrup and it's a dream. If you enjoy cardamom, this is likely going to be a winner for you!
I think I need to try this one a few different ways. Drank my way through a full pot, and the flavor profile changed pretty significantly as it sat. Initial few sips were almost medicinal, with the strong cardamom and the grassy rooibos competing with the almond, but it settled into a very almond-forward tea with interesting herbal notes for a while, and by the end of the pot had mellowed quite dramatically. Fairly sure it will be good with honey, and I want to try it a second time with a bit of cream. So far, a tentative like.
I'm not generally a fan of rooibos, but this one changed my mind. The almonds add a very nice flavor.
This has a nice fresh almond flavor, though I can't taste the cardamom much. I like the rooibos base.
This is the perfect treat for when you want something sweet and a little spicy without the calories. Will definitely buy this one again!!
I have started drinking this nightly and have recommended it to friends who can't get enough of it either. So great.
This tea smells heavenly. I wish I could make my home take on its fragrance. The almond cake flavor plays heaviest on smell and initial taste, but the cardamom lingers unexpectedly.
I usually don't like rooibos tea, but the almond and cardamom flavor make it taste so nice! I made it without sugar because I didn't think it needed it.
I love this one, especially with milk. Pleasantly spicy with that almost cherry-esque taste of almond on the back bite. Tastes almost like marzipan, which makes sense cause almond.
Absolutely scrumptious and took me by surprise. Pared with soy milk and honey, although I would have liked to taste more almond! =) A full size blind buy win!
very nice as a post dinner dessert tea! rooibos was a touch too strong though, maybe!
CT 9/25/2023. This tea surprised me. I’m not a big almond fan but it balanced well with the cardamom. It was like a dessert.
Yum! I love almond. I actually wish it was stronger in this tea but even though it isn't, it is delicious with the cardamom mix.
It was ok, I like almond and cardamom. But I don’t like red rooibos, it not for me.
SEPTEMBER 25, 2023: This is a delicious tea! I was hesitant about it before I tried it because I’m often not fond of blends with almond flavoring. When I opened the packet, my concern continued. I brewed it at 195 for 3 minutes and let it sit a couple of minutes. I found it to be a delicious blend. I know that some people don’t like it because of the rooibos, but I’m one who loves red rooibos and perhaps that added to my enjoyment. I definitely think it’s worth giving it a try.
I think this is a good subtle fall tea - I brewed mine a little too long (175 F for 10 minutes) because the almond flavor was a little too strong than I wanted it too (and I love almond flavor). Despite that, I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it (I normally drink green teas).
This tea reminds me of eating cardamom rolls in Sweden! The sweet almond almond flavor is perfectly supported by the red rooibos. The cardamom notes stood out and were surprisingly not overpowered by the rooibos. A fantastic dessert tea!
Anything Cardamom...5️⃣🌟's! I'm a huge fan of this Almond Cardamom tea, since we originally got a taste of it, a few months ago. Its a very almond-y forward dessert-esque-tea with the cinnamon & cardamom spice well proportioned, as well. I find it to have strong aromatics, too! This blend is very good on its own or with sweetening additives or creamer.
Let me start off this review stating this: I HATE Rooibos with a burning passion in my soul. So it was shocking to me that I actually really enjoyed this tea! I added a bit of cream and sugar and its delightful!
I like almond and cardamom but the rooibos doesn't seem like a flavorful enough base for this.
I love almond and cardamom, but I do not like rooibos. I gave it a try and was able to tolerate about a third of a cup before I needed to pour it out. I think I would like this better with a dark oolong base. I really enjoyed the other flavor profiles but there’s an underlying taste to the red rooibos that I just can’t do. Glad I got to try it though, I’d been wanting to since it came out. (200° for 8 minutes.)
Really wanted to love this tea but red rooibos is not for me. The nice almond flavor with cardamom accent helped me through half a cup which is a record for me and rooibos. I will count that as a win.
This tasted just like the almond rooibus tea that was the CommuniTEA tea of the day only about a week ago. I didn't care for that one, and that made this one even more disappointing.
I was excited to try todays communiTEA, but it was not for me. It's the red rooibos. It's not a tea that I love. I did like the other flavor profiles... the almond and cardamom were nice.
This was was good in its own right, but not for me. However, my friend really liked it.
Not for me. I'm not a red rooibos fan. I'm also guessing I'm not a cardamon fan. At least when it's the flavor out front. So sad as I had hoped I would like this one.
This is delicious! I added a splash of vanilla cream for the perfect after dinner treat.
I was surprised that I liked this tea since rooibos isn't my jam. The almond & cardamom flavors stand out over the rooibos.
I enjoy this tea!
It's quite Desserty to me :)
Like spiced cake would be!
(Haiku Review)
The cardamom and almond flavor was a little light tasting for me. The red rooibos was prominent and left a medicinal aftertaste.
A really great blend when you want something smooth and nutty and caffeine free. Delicious almond flavor highlighted perfectly with cardamom and cinnamon.
Nope, not for me, I love the flavor profile of this tea, and I usually don't mind rooibos, but the combo was not good for my taste.
My portions packet had a single cardamom pod. I'm not usually a huge fan of almond, it was a new flavor so I was open minded. If you are a fan of spicy almond flavors give this one a try. I sampled this tea as part of the CommuniTea September 2023 box.
This is a rooibos tea I actually enjoyed. The cinnamon and cardamom masked the sawdust taste of the red tea. The almond flavor was not as prominent as I would have liked, but it's absence did not detract from the overall yumminess of the blend. Very nice caffeine free autumn tea.
This is one of my favorite Adagio teas. It's nutty and full of delicious spices. I am not a big rooibos fan, but the almond and cardamon flavors are great.
Not bad for a rooibos tea as the spices are good but the red rooibos provides that medicinal aftertaste that I cannot get past. I will try to finish this but just not for my taste.
Yummmmm. This is a sweet and spicy treat that tickles my tastebuds! The almond, cardamom and cinnamon are in perfect proportion. The spiciness is light and doesn’t blow your tastebuds out, which I appreciate. It’s just so warm, rich and satisfying. This is the perfect dessert tea for late night fall drinking. I’ve definitely discovered a new fav! Happy Sipping!
This is not a tea that I would choose on my own, because of the rooibos. However, the cinnamon, almond, and cardamom flavors mostly hide the woodiness of the rooibos. I wonder how this would be if it had green rooibos instead?
Oh how I had such high hopes for this tea. Almond, cardamom, and cake, yes please! The packet had a sweet almond scent with toasted wood, faintly earthy. 5 min @ 212. After steeping, it was mostly wood aroma and I didn't taste any cardamom. I was entirely underwhelmed. I enjoy Rooibos Almond, so my expectations for this blend must have been too high.
This is really good for a rooibos based tea. Almond flavoring is prominent with a hint of cardamom and cinnamon. The rooibos flavor is masked by the other spices, which I appreciate. I'd get this again.
I basically liked the flavor of the tea but it was somewhat tart. I'm not certain what that was from. The spices were nice.
Almond and cardamom are such a good combination, and the rooibos base complements both really well. It smells like marzipan and tastes like heaven. Steepend 5 min @ 200º.
I don't enjoy red rooibos and usually avoid it, but the flavors sounded so tempting I gave this tea a try anyway. When hot, strong rooibos flavor. As it cools the almond comes forward, then the cardamom appears and the rooibos flavor recedes. With honey the almond gets stronger and sharper but the cardamom is hidden by the honey flavor (sugar probably would have been a better choice.) Didn't hate it, and as a rooibos hater, that's saying something! (5 min @ 212)
This tea was enjoyed on a crisp fall evening. The addition of cardamom and cinnamon to almond rooibos, adds seasonal flavor to the tea.
I love almonds and spice, and this tea is so, so tasty. I love that it is herbal so I can enjoy it in the late afternoon and evening. I brewed it at 212 for 10 minutes, and it was perfect.
I like cardamom. I used this tea as the liquid base to simmer apples. They were yummy 😋!
