Very tasty. The tropics in a cup. The coconut is a nice touch
Juicy papaya fruit flavor, liveliness rose hips, and soft coconut touch with pu erh for an exotic delight.

Very tasty. The tropics in a cup. The coconut is a nice touch
I don't know if I got a bad batch or something but this tea is TERRIBLE! It smells bad and tastes worse. There's a hint of perhaps pineapple or papaya that doesn't play well with the other flavors. I tried to give it away to a friend who smelled it and turned it down. This one was a FAIL! I should probably try different temp/times but it's not worth it.
So far this has to be one of my favorite pu erh teas, a style that I have not yet completely warmed up to. The earthiness and dirt flavor is kept in check with a nice, somewhat generic pineapple-coconut flavor duo and winds up just tasting pleasant but not much more than that.
I wanted to try pu erh teas, so I ordered samples of this tea and the pu erh pearls. This one came out on top! The flavor is great and the addition of the coconut smell covers up the more earthy smell that the pu erh has on its own. Smelling the coconut is much more pleasant for me and it makes it much easier to drink. A 3 oz bag of this one is in my cart now.
I like the Thai Chair flavor and I like Pu Erh Hazelberry. But apparently the other Pu Erh flavors do not work for me. Here, the coconutty flavors were marred by a rather smoky back-flavor (I'm the kind of person who doesn't like smoked cheese, so if you do, you're probably okay with this).
Great tea refreshing nice way to end the day make consider ordering again in the future.
This is a great tea..an awesome coconut taste. Will be buying this again.
I like this one and share it with others at work. When breeed right, it has a beautiful and smooth flavor. If the water is too hot though, it has a tendency to get butter.
This is an interesting pu erh, good for people who like coconut!
I wasn't sure how the pu erh tea would taste with sweetener or fruit or milk, but it does well with all of them. I love tropical fruits, so this was a likely hit for me. I was impressed with this one, but my favorite one is still the hazelberry. I will definitely finish off this sample, and I will reorder it.
My favorite out the the pu erh teas. I always have a stash of this around!
I'I'll admit, this one wasn't my favorite. Pu erh tea is naturally very musty flavored. Normally, that earthy quality is lovely! But for some reason, it really didn't work with these flavors. I finished my sample, but I wouldn't reorder it
Very good flavor. I never had this type of tea, so I did not know what to expect. I was easily able to make a 2nd brew out of combining the first 2 brews. The flavor was kind of sweet and a little bitter at the same time. I was able to drink it hot or cold without it developing a bitter off taste.
The tropical fruit flavors do not blend well with the earthy tea. It might have been drinkable if it was iced, but I couldn't choke it down hot.
I wasn't the biggest fan of this flavor. Maybe I'm just not used to the subtle flavors and the lack of a distinct taste? I'm not sure. I didn't hate it, I just think I'd have to play around a little bit with sugar and how much to use, to really LIKE it.
This tea tastes very good but had an awkward fat slick on top which made the roof of my mouth feel sticky.
Again, another tea that I gifted to a pu erh lover that I also tried. I wouldn't buy any for myself, but a definite potential repurchase for my brother.
This is a solid tea. This tea is great with a hint of natural sweetness. However, after repeatedly drinking this tea it does become somewhat dull.
Interested, I preferred the hazelberry, but I finished this one too.
Can't really describe this tea. It has that earthiness of pu erh with just a bit of tropical zing. I can't decide if I just like it or love it.
Same gentle earthy taste I can expect from pu erh, but with a little added sparkle.
It's very islandy, it's true. Not as fruity as I thought but still pretty good.
Tasted nice. A bit more mellow than the regular pu erh. I liked it.
After trying this in the pu erh sampler, I need more of it in my life! So rich and surprising and different from other teas- with the heft of pu erh but the tropical brightness of fruit and coconut. It's tied with Thai Chai for my all-time favorite.
I didn't find this one to have a lot of flavor, but it wasn't bad.
This is everything i want in a tea. dark liquor, strong aroma, tropical flavor profile. i am blown away by this one, adiago. thanks. it is my new favorite!
This one is my boyfriend's favorite, so if you're not really a tea fan (but what would you be doing here then), that might be something for you. The flavor is rich, but doesn't overwhelm you. Fortunately, it doesn't have the 'perfume' smell that often hangs around flavored tea. Very good for desserts and as an afternoon tea.
This has a very earthy taste. The smell is very interesting though and it almost put me off of the tea before I even tried it but it luckily goes away once you steep it.
Very mild tropical taste! I expected the mango to be overpowering and sour... like a lot of fruit blends tend to be. But it isn't! I get a mild coconut and marigold taste but that's it. The smell out of the cup is also heavenly. To me it smells like coconut and vanilla although there isn't any vanilla in the ingredients. I have my tea without sugar and this is completely unsweetened on its own. Definitely would buy this again!
Pu erh tahiti has a nice tropical feel, masking the usual earthiness of a pu erh slightly - which for me, makes it yummier.
In general I was not a fan of the flavor of this tea. It was not a bad tea by any means. It was just not for me.
Tahiti really tastes tropical! It's a perfectly balanced tea.
This one is quite pungent but still very nice. In my sample, the mango notes are predominant. I would've liked a stronger coconut flavor, but I suspect that varies from batch to batch.
This was a pretty good tea. I think the pineapple flavor put me off a bit. When it comes to teas that have coconut in them, Thai Chai is my very favorite. I probably won't get this again.
I haven't had a tea this distasteful ever. I'm glad I only bought the sample size.
Mellow! The pu'erh is so warm and comforting, and the coconut and tropical fruit flavors work together with it very nicely. I wasn't sure how vibrant fruit would go with a dusky aged tea, but this really works. I made this with milk and Splenda and it's a creamy dessert.
Light and energizing with a pleasing scent to boot
This tropical pu erh is absolutely amazing. Floral with a hint of something tropical. For some reason this pu erh gives me dry mouth so I drink extra water with it when I have it. I think anyone who loves pu erh tea will like this!
An interesting tropical fruit taste with the uniqueness of pu ehr.
My second favorite tea of all time. It's the perfect amount of spice and warmth that I look for in my mid day pick me up.
This was my first pu erh. I am very surprised at the comments of it tasting bad or tasting bland! As with all teas, I always rinse it quickly with hot water before brewing. I unfortunately missed that this was supposed to be steeped for 5 minutes - not 3 like many other teas. I could've made this stronger.
The coconut and mango shine through, probably more than the pu erh itself, but that's not a bad thing. There was some faint earthiness and the familiar maltiness of black tea, but there was also more. Maybe a very vague taste that reminds me of a cheesecake?
This would probably blend very well with other tropical teas. The creamy-coconut flavor is definitely the 'star' of this blend, but the pu erh isn't left out of the show either.
This pu erh tea isn't as good as other flavored I've tried, but is better that plain pu erh tea.
Tastes a little like dirt, but that's the nature of this tea.
The coconut flavor is delightfully strong. This is the first pu erh tea I've tried. It's great on its own but I prefer adding a little agave nectar to sweeten. I can easily see this becoming an everyday favorite.
Although I expected a fruitier sensation, this blend did take the edge off the pu erh and the cup tasted very well-rounded and balanced.
I thought the Tea was delicious, with subtle flavors of coconut
papaya gives this a tropical effect. Would buy it again.
Solid tropical flavors. I prefer a stronger citrus kick with pu erh tea, but for those that like softer flavors this would be a real winner.
I don't normally like Pu Erh teas, but this one is TOLERABLE. For some reason I find Pu Erhs' too earthy for me, but that's a personal preference...
One of my new favorites. The slight hint of coconut is perfect.
I pretty much like all of the Pu-erh blends from Adagio. This one is very rich in tropical fruit flavors and the pu-erh adds body to the mouth feel. I enjoy it both with and without sweetener
