Excellent tea. Very much like a chai or spiced tea but with puerh undertones.
Perky spices and mellow pu erh in a soul-soothing blend.

Excellent tea. Very much like a chai or spiced tea but with puerh undertones.
This is hand down on of my favorite teas. I drink this every morning, gives me a nice boost of caffeine, and the favor is amazing. Perfect warm cup of spice on a cold morning, and Pu-Erh teas are full of antioxidents.
Another winner for me, love Pu-Erh tea and the spice is just right. Nice cinnamon taste mixed with the other spices, it's well balanced.
It s a lot like the Honeybush Pumpkin Spice I bought, honestly. I love it. When I want the Pumpkin Spice flavor, but with caffeine, this is what I do
I love the warmth and spice which makes it especially nice on cold days.
Works best in a blend to balance the flavor, but even alone this tea is (for me) the best of the pu-erhs. Spicy and warming--a perfect fall/winter drink.
is not my favorite flavor is too strong in the cup
Amazing! This is my first pu-erh tea and I fell in love with it on the first sip. It's so smooth compared to the other teas I sampled, and I was so hooked on it that I bought the 16oz bag right away. Unlike a lot of the other spice teas, the cinnamon flavor isn't really overwhelming, and everything about it is just pleasant. Thank you for offering such an amazing tea!
I bought this after reading The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane. It was tasty but not overwhelming.
I was hesitant to try a Pu-erh, as I've heard mixed reviews. This was a nice intro to the tea...smooth, spicy and pleasant.
I am all about Pu-Erh. This is yet another delicious version of my favorite afternoon perk-me-up, this time with a little more kick and spice. I m a fan.
I admit I was hoping for more of a 'chai flavor.' It's still enjoyable, but the spice is a lot more subtle. I guess if it were stronger, it could overpower the tea leaves.
My favorite tea! Had to reorder before Winter comes to my part of the world, since sitting by the fireplace with a book can only be improved by a warm cup of this aromatic tea.
Very good! It's my second pu-erh kind of tea and I like this one much better.
I did not love this. Perhaps it's a personal palate problem, but the Pu-Erhs taste sort of... footy and sour to me. Maybe this is just how fermented teas taste? I could not finish the cup.
More spice forward than the other black chai teas I've had from adagio.
This was an okay tea, but I would have preferred to drink a chai. I've liked other pu erh blends better (like the hazelberry).
A great tea to sip on after a meal. The spice flavor is just right!
This is my favorite of the pu-erh blends. So good black, with just a little honey.
Reminded me of pumpkin spice in the best possible way.
really like this tea...smooth on the front end with a smokey finish...i add a tablespoon of honey to all cups of tea
Pu-erh spice is a great tea - rich in flavor and spice
I really enjoyed the earthiness of the ph erh and the uplifting notes from the blended spices. And this tea made three brews without compromising it's overall nature. Quite delicious dressed in a splash of milk or naked, it is a tea I will definitely continue to enjoy.
When you first open it smelled like campfire or licorice. But after adding the water it lost that smell and wasny quite as pleasant smelling. The taste is ok but a bit heavy on the anise which I m not a big fan of. It s a good tea but not a favorite of mine.
Mellow flavors of pu-erh with a hint of cinnamon spiciness
Have only had one cup thus far, but not bad so far.
A pretty decent pu erh. It s hard for me to pick out the flavors in it because there s so much going on. Enjoyable though!
This is a tea that you'd want to drink while reading a book that smells old. It's just weird, it tastes kind of like clay.I guess i have a bad experience with pu erh, though i thought i'd give it another try. The spice in this one makes it bearable. This still has a chance to grow on me.However I'm not sure how far i want to dive into this realm of tea.
*update*
i tried other pu-erh teas. They also are growing on me. I no longer feel like insulting the tea by calling it poop hair. In fact i've ordered more of this pu-erh spice. It's actually my favorite so far.
Another good flavored tea. A bit too spice for a daily tea, but a great change from time to time. Prefer it in the winter time
This was pretty good. Being relatively new to pu erh specifically, this was a great blend of typical black-tea spices mixed with the rich earthy flavors of pu erh. This type of tea is a whole new flavor profile compared to basic roasted black tea leaves.
I usually recommend this for people who don't necessarily like pu erh teas. This has a great flavor similar to a good masala chai.
This is wonderful with a little milk and honey added to it!
LOVED this tea! This was my first experience with pu erh and I will definitely be reordering! All of the flavors balance perfectly and the earthiness of this tea is amazing!
The flavor was good, but left me wanting chai instead.
I really like the Oriental Spice tea flavor, and I like the Pu Erh Hazelberry flavor, so I thought I would like this. However, here the spice flavor ends up being somehow tainted by an odd pu erh fishiness, almost. So it doesn't work for me, although I had high hopes.
has great flavor excellent mixed with almond milk like a chai
Not that great to me. I will not be reordering. Just not for me
A nice warm spicy flavor. One of my faves. I like to sweeten it just a little.
I am not a big hot tea drinker, as I live in Florida, so I decided to try this iced and liked it. I add a little stevia for sweetener. Used less than a half cup to make 2 quarts of iced tea.
Love this one - one of my daughters favorites- very flavorful and spicy
I am going to say that this tea is good because I think that objectively it's good. Subjectively, Pu-Ehr tea is still growing on me, so I keep it on the shelf for when I am feeling adventurous. The spice adds a difference from the normal Pu-Ehr flavor.
I like this tea quite a bit, its not overpowering in its taste but has plenty of flavor.
I thoroughly enjoy this tea. The spices add a slight tang that seems to bring out savory notes in the already dark and rich flavors of the pu erh. It reminds me of pho broth, which I actually really like.
I've only ever had this in a blend with other flavors. On its own, it's quite good!
I just did not like this tea at all; not sure what it is that I don't like or if it's the mix of spices that taste off to me.
Love this tea...just the smell of it steeping get the mouth to watering
this wasn't my favorite tea. It's a bit too earthy for me, even to the point where I compared it to manure. THAT SAID, if you enjoy a more earthy, slightly pungent tasting and smelling tea, then this is for you. I highly recommend start with a sample size to see whether you like it or not. It may be nicer to mix with something like chai or a honeybush tea.
This tea is well spiced, though a bit milder than I was expecting (though that is potentially because this was the first pu erh tea I've had). I steeped it a bit longer than the recommended 5min to intensify the spice.
This is a very nice tea just enough spice great on a cold winter night one of my favorite
To be up front, I am not a fan of pu erh tea, but I tasted this while sampling teas with my brother, who really enjoys this variety. It wasn't the worst tea ever, but I'm not about to rush off to buy any for myself.
