I bought this only because it was described as a chocolate orange in a cup and I was not disappointed! This would be wonderful as a latte in the wintertime.
I have had something similar before so I knew I would like this combo...but the chocolate felt a bit light in the mix...more there in scent than flavor.
The flavor is a bit different smooth and I enjoy it at anytime during the day!
I would have never bought this has if I realized I was buying chocolate orange tea. I didnt realize it until I read the bag after tasting it. Its really good.
I initially ordered this tea because Pu-Erh is recommended for weight loss. I was a bit surprised to discover how good it was on top of that!

Add some hot chocolate and milk (I use non-fat) to this tea for a stupendous winter drink!
Had to throw out the bag after I tried two cups. The orange doesn't taste natural, the chocolate competes with rather than complements the pu-erh. If you want fruit flavor in your pu-erh, do the hazelberry.
This tea was recently added to my favorites list. I love the rich taste of the black tea accented by the orange and chocolate notes. Will purchase again.
Not a bad tea. It was actually a nice coffee-ish tea, in color and flavor, but minus the bitterness in coffee.

It reminds me of something you would have in the mornings, or something to have after lunch. it has a bit too much orange in it for my taste, but the chocolate helps even that out.
Not my favorite tea - I'll finish up what I have but not buy more. I am not getting the orange nearly as much as the floral, it's too flowery for me.
Okay so you know those chocolate oranges you get at Christmas? This tea tastes EXACTLY like it. Just in tea form. It's insane. GET IT
This tea is fantastic. Whenever I think of chocolate teas, i think of the disgustingly sweet teas. This was not that! I tried it in store and it's the perfect blend of orange Pu-Erh with a hint of chocolate. Perfect for dessert.

I always thought plain Puerh lacked flavor, so I gave thus blend a try and wasn't t disappointed. Since it has zero astringency, I steeped it for a full 12 minutes before drinking.
My only gripe is that, like all lower grade Puerh, this stuff has a fishy smell to it. However, this is easily avoided by pre-steeping the tea in warm water for a few minutes.
Now if only they could make Puerh with bergamot.
How have I not tried this before? This tea is so wonderful. The flavors are strong, but not overpowered or unbalanced. This is amazing. Please try!!

While better than most Pu Erh with it's orange zest, it was still not my cup of tea.
I like pu erh tea in place of coffee. Like the idea of orange in it, but wish it had a stronger orange flavor. Looking to find a company that carries orange zest to add to it.

A remarkable tea. Smooth and complex, the orange and chocolate flavors come through nicely, but not overwhelmingly, and enhance the underlying pu erh perfectly.
I'm in love. No joke, this really does taste exactly like a chocolate orange, which automatically makes it one of my favorite things in the world. Great both plain and with milk and sugar. The flavoring fades with multiple steepings, as can be expected with any of Adagio's favored teas, but you still get a great taste from having the orange peels and cocoa nibs mixed with the pu erh. Will buy again.
The chocolate and orange in this tea are fantastic with a slight earthy flavor underneath it. I don't sweeten my tea, but I hear this is really nice if you add some honey to it. This is a great starter if you are new to pu erh. Verra nice!
This is one of those teas that I would not have picked based on the ingredients. I would never think that orange and chocolate would make a great pair. However, this tea is amazing and one of my very favorites! I love the WY it smells and it is a great dessert tea. I highly recommend.
I like it, but not in love with it. I think that if you are a big fan of the chocolate tea varieties then you will like this.
This is one of my top three Adagio favorites! A delicious orange/chocolate treat of a tea. I add about 1/2 tsp of sugar for two cups and a splash of heavy cream and it tastes like dessert!
ok, i have to say this is my fav tea above all...i mean when it comes to wanting a delish tea with such a wonderful perfect hint of chocolate..this is it. very very delish :)
This tea was SOOO good. I was afraid the flavors would be too overwhelming for the tea. I have tasted chocolate/orange tea from other makers, but this Adagio blend was a very delicate blend of a flavorful tea with a hint of chocolate and orange. I would buy it again.
This was my first experience with pu erh (I still haven't had any others, though). Very earthy, almost literally, with a distinct pungency - but very nicely countered with the chocolate-orange flavor. I would not call this sweet, but I suppose it is compared to a straight black tea.
It tastes subtly like a chocolate orange but with the earthiness of a pu erh. I wish I could put it into words better but it is a lovely tea and sure to please any pu erh fan.

This is one of my favorite teas now. The combo of earthy tea, orange, and a hint of chocolate blends really nicely for a smooth flavor.
The scent on this was nice but once I brewed a cup according to the instructions I found it very one note. The cocoa nibs blended so well with the bitterness of orange peels unless you slowly sip this tea the flavors are hard to pick out...If you're more accustomed to drinking Ceylon, I wouldnt recommend this tea.

I really liked the tea however I feel that it is not a tea for everyone. The chocolate flavor was very pronounced and not everyone might enjoy that.
i picked this as a sample and both the smell and (with just a little sugar) taste reminds me of biting into an orange tootsie pop. which sounds weird, but it's really good?
I didn't care for this tea at all. Admittedly, I don't like any chocolate flavors in tea. If you're a fan of tea with chocolate, you should enjoy it.
This is my favorite tea that I've tried. Its very smooth and doesn't get bitter like Earl Grey can. Not overly flavored either.
I have never had pu erh tea before this one and it is pretty good. Not sure if I would order it again but I like it.
I like all the health benefits of Pu-ehr, but not always enjoy drinking it. I usually find classic Pu-ehrs too earthy and woody, so I started looking for a flavored and more pleasant variety.
This tea is very pleasant to drink. I can definitely taste the chocolate notes in this one, but I do not taste much of the orange. I also pick a little floral taste from the blue cornflower in the blend.
Overall, a nice cup of tea.
I also tried Adagio Hazelberry. I personally enjoy the Hazelberry better. This would be my second choice.
Simply delicious. Wonderful blend or orange and chocolate. It's like having dessert for breakfast every morning!
This is my first time trying pu erh, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I look forward to trying some different blends in the future.
