★★★★★

This tea is my first introduction to puerh. It was a great choice! I like mine sweetened.

★★★★★

I love the blending of the flavors in this. I really like the bold taste. The chocolate and orange go really well together. One of my favorites.

★★★★★

One of my favorite teas. Very smooth. Hints of chocolate and orange are excellent. This is a great morning tea replacement for coffee. Not too grassy, like some pureh can be.

This is my first time trying pu-erh and I think it was a good choice to start with. Excellent flavor, smells and tastes exactly like you'd think it might based on the name!

★★★★★

It was the best pu-erh tea i have ever had! aroma of this was on point!

★★★☆☆

This one smells great but the taste was just 'okay' to me. I need to give it another try and then I'll update this review.

★★★★★

great tea. probably my favorite so far...but still trying others...update...just bought my first full order of Pu-Erh Chorange! Can't wait to open it!

★★★★★

Love this tea! I am becoming hooked on Pu-Erh teas. The orange and light chocolate flavor blend together so nicely!

★★★★★

This has become a staple of mine--a great start to the morning or the pick-me-up I need in the afternoon. Sweet and strong, the chocolate and orange blend well together.

It s probably not this tea s fault, but mine. I REALLY don t like this. I don t get chocolate, and I don t get orange. I just get mustiness. I really don t like pu-erh. But my partner loves it, so I ll give it an OK...

★★★☆☆

not my favorite pu erh. The scent is cloying, and the flavoring is overpowering. Hazelberry is much better

★★★☆☆

A little more bitter than I expected, but a good combination of chocolate and orange.

★★★★★

It took me a minute to get used to the idea of a 'fermented' tea. I'm just getting started into being a tea connoisseur, but I was pleasantly surprised how well I like this tea. I enjoyed the mix of chocolate and orange but I think I'm going to experiment on my brewing time though. Just to see what pops. Update: the brewing time is perfect! and I am really loving the tea now. Updated to a 5 star!

I tried this several times, but the flavors don't gel for me at all. I definitely prefer the hazelberry for a pu-erh blend.

★★★★★

the balance between orange and chocolate is expdectacular

★★★★★

Love this Pu-Erh Chorange, we had tried the Pu-Erh Hazelberry which was amazing and were concerned if this would stack up... it is excellent! Does not have as much of an earthy Pu-Erh taste, but is still very well balanced.

The pu-erh tea here lends an earthy complexity to the sweet and bright flavors of the chocolate and the orange, respectively. It s a VERY good blend. I give it 5 stars on my first cup. Pu-erh is very interesting, I had never had it before and tried this and the hazelberry blend in my latest order. It s definitely earthy, the tea itself smells very complex and a bit like dirt, but there s nothing of dirt in the tea when brewed! I can t quite describe it other than to tell you it s very, very good. :)

★★★★★

This tea is so delicious, the chocolate taste is perfect

★★★★☆

Delicious with a little bit of honey and milk. Tastes a bit like hot chocolate!

★★★★★

I grabbed this tea because there was a deal going and I needed one more. I m so glad I did! It s so yummy, and if you like pu-erh at all I would definitely try it.

★★★★★

Really good!! It smelled great in the bag, and after brewing, it was smooth in texture and sweet in taste. The best pu'erh I've tried so far.

★★★★★

This tea surprised me quite a bit. From the smell I had no idea what the taste would be but once I took a few sips I became convinced. I enjoyed drinking this tea while at work during high stress situations. The taste and smell calms me. Awesome stuff!

★★★★★

Great flavor! Can taste both the orange and the chocolate. Good with milk or without it. Doesn't need a sweetener

★★★★★

This is a really delicious tea-- you get strong notes of chocolate and orange. The Pu-Erh is less bitter than most black teas, which makes this extra decadent, regardless of whether you add milk and/or sugar or not.

★★★☆☆

I really wanted to love this tea, but I didn't get very much orange flavor. I was hoping for a stronger flavor that would be present in more than one steeping. I don't like pu erh by itself so the subsequent steepings I felt were slightly lacking

★★★★★

Fantastic! Not bitter and very subtle orange chocolate flavor that complements the base tea.

★★★★☆

The flavor is pleasant, if unremarkable. Not quite as chocolatey or citrusy as I would like.

★★★★★

This tea is absolutely delicious. I ran through my sample entirely too fast, and had to order more. I definitely taste the chocolate more than the citrus in this, but I do take mine with almond or coconut milk. With sugar, it s an indulgence I can feel really good about.

★★★★★

I LOVE this tea. I have tried a lot of chocolate teas, and I think they are best when paired with pu erh leaves. This is one of my favorite teas! I like it with a bit of milk, and I go overboard with the amount of leaves. Perfect!

★★★★★

The blend of chocolate and orange is sweet and therefore I use less honey than I usually do.

Opening the bag of this dry alone made my mouth water- it's even better when brewed up.

★★★★☆

Nicely balanced tea with a complex flavor my only issue is that it doesn't brew up as dark as I would like.

★★★★★

This has quickly become one of my favorite teas. It's sweet enough on its own but a teaspoon of sugar really brings out the orange flavor. This one is perfect for cool mornings and as an afternoon pick-me-up.

This has become my new favorite autumn morning libation. The chocolate & orange are subtle, give it a little sweetness without overpowering the tea.

★★★★★

Delicious! It really does remind me of those chocolate oranges you can get around the holidays.

★★★☆☆

It has a bit too strong taste to my liking. I do like the orange in it though.

★★★★☆

Strong tea flavor with an underlying thread of chocolate and orange running throughout. Subtle, tasty, a good morning tea.

★☆☆☆☆

no orange or choc. taste at all. tastes like coffee.

★★★★★

I absolutely love this tea. It isn’t earthy at all. I haven’t liked Pu-Erh in the past. But this is def decadent. Just delicious. Not too orange-y either.

★★★★☆

For my personal taste I would rate this a 3, but I believe it s objectively a 4. Out of the bag it s very citrusy and I worried that it would be too much. I got this to replace my favorite plain chocolate pu-erh and was hoping to not have too much orange overpowering it all. Brewed as instructed on the bag it was a nice strength but taste-wise it was very orange. I wanted to drink it as is, but the orange was a bit too much for my mood so I added a splash of soy creamer and the chocolate notes really shined. I could only get the vague taste of orange at the back of my throat as an after taste. Cream much improved the taste for me.

This tea is so delicious! I enjoy it in the afternoon, when I have a craving for something sweet. I love chocolate and orange flavor together. It has a smooth and refined flavor, and it helps me stay on track with my diet.

★★★☆☆

When I read the reviews for this tea, I really thought I had something. It smells nice and it does taste like the Chocolate-Orange candy I used to get at Christmas time. But I don't seem to be drinking it very much. I typically drink English Breakfast in the morning and something else in the afternoon. But I find that I pass this tea up much more often than I drink it. There is nothing wrong with it - it is just not what I want in the afternoon.

This is my favorite tea I think I've ever had. It's so good.

★★★★★

This is the first time I have tasted a Pu-erh tea. I've had reservations about trying Pu-er tea as I haven't found the descriptions that people have given for different Pu-erh teas appetizing. I love other teas but I didn't want to venture in to Pu-erh until now. I'm having my first cup right now and Pu-erh Chorange is wonderful.

The Pu-erh gives a rich bass not that I can not easily describe but it's notes and intensities are much like a really good dutch processed unsweetened cocoa. The layered tastes of the Pu-erh and the orange and chocolate make for a rich and tasty cup that I am drinking with milk and no sweetener. It is satisfying. Good. Very Yummy.

★★★★★

I had tried the davids tea chocolate orange, which is also a puerh, so I just had to try this one. It s delicious! I love that puerhs are so forgiving when it comes to steeping.

★★★☆☆

Definitely a pu-erh, this is one earthy blend. The citrus came through a bit more if I let it steep for longer, and it's as forgiving with brew time as any pu-erh, but I didn't get a strong chocolate taste from it. I tried it with milk and with honey, but found that I liked it best black. Don't go into it looking for something super sweet, but if you like pu-erh, or are curious to try it, definitely give this a chance.

I am a fan of Pu-Erh teas. Happy to add this to my collection. Wasn't sure of the orange, but it adds a very delicate flavor. Does not overwhelm.

★☆☆☆☆

I am really not a big fan of chocolate in my tea. It was way to bitter. I tried adding milk and sugar and it didn t make it any better.
