Steeping this was fun, I wasn't expecting the leaves to unfurl as much as they did. The taste is similar to a Jasmine green, very floral and earthy. Excellent tea.
A decent Tieguanyin that lasted a good 6-7 steeps in the gaiwan. Typical floral, sweet notes plus a bit of lemon in the first couple steeps. The green leaves opened and fluffed nicely--very pretty in the cup.
I'm very much on the fence about this tea. I normally prefer black oolongs to green, and this tea did not change my mind on that front. Upon first sip, my reaction was less than favorable. It tasted overwhelmingly like someone had soaked swiss chard in water and that I was drinking that water. I stopped myself from dumping it out and finished the entire cup. As it cooled, more of the mineral notes that I enjoy came out. Still, not a tea that I'd be eager to restock.
There is a very distinct aroma, almost floral, but it doesn't translate well into the flavor. Overall, I didn't care for this one.
The first sip didn't really taste like anything and it felt “dry” on my tongue. I added a tiny bit of sugar and more notes of floral cane out. I would think this tea would be very enjoyable at the end of a heavy meal.
While not as strong of vegetal flavor of green tea, the flavor remains. It is a good option for those who do not like green tea.
I’m not a fan of this tea. I love green teas and oolong teas, maybe just not green oolong teas!
I’m not a fan. There is an aftertaste to this that I can’t place but I don’t care for.

This Tea truly surprised me. I brewed Gong Fu style and used 9g of tea with 200ml of 210*F water and brewed for 22 seconds.
The spinachy, planty smell was quite intense and I didn t think I was going to like it. However when I tasted the tea it was surprisingly smooth and gently floral, with a well balanced hint of fresh spinach. Very pleasant, delicate tea that reminds me more of a mixture of green and white tea.
The leaves fully unfold and expand, so make sure you give them enough room during brewing. I wouldn t use a tea ball for this tea.

I like this tea - what surprised me was that my husband of 50 years that drinks ONLY coffee actually asked me for a cup when he smelled it's aroma when I was enjoying my cup! He liked it enough to ask for another the next morning. I'm buying more today.
A slightly deeper, richer and robust oolong than the usual. It has a very constant creamy mouthfeel.
This is a nice tea with a great flavor. Subtle nuttiness with a bit bitter and grassy aftertaste. I would definitely buy more later.
A light-medium oolong with subtle grassy, floral, and woody notes. The leaves are nicely rolled and unfold fully upon a brewing. It can sustain slightly longer steeps. Performs well through 2-3 re-steeps. Slightly light for my taste, but overall balanced for a lighter oolong.
This is by far my favorite oolong tea. It's wonderfully floral and sweet on it's own. My only regret is that I only got a sample size!
This is a great calming tea with slight floral notes. I really enjoy a cup in the afternoon to relax with.
From the perspective of someone who drinks Alishan regularly, the first brew of this tea is excessively woody – it tastes like twigs no matter how I change the time and temp. The second brew is better, although weak, and would easily qualify as an everyday cup.
Not my favorite version of this tea, teavana’s depth of flavor has this one beat, but so far it’s the beat alternative I’ve been able to find, so I will definitely continue to order it for my oolong needs!

This is an ok oolong. I don't think I'll order it again. I prefer Ali Shan or milk oolong

Originally got this one because I liked the oolong matcha sticks so well, I had to try the actual oolong that they used. It has a pleasant flavor. It’s not my favorite oolong but it’s a good one.

This tea is so incredibly mild, you can barely even tell it's there. No matter how much I add, no matter how long I steep. Meh.
The fragrance is the first thing you notice - so soft and bright. That continues when you taste this tea. You want to curl up in a comfortable chair and slowly enjoy.

I love this delicate oolong after a crazy day at work. Drinking this tea is like a meditation on the tiny subtleties of the flavor - all shades of green and the tiniest hint of lemongrass are carried through a smooth mouthfeel. The aroma is clean, light and calming. It is wonderful for multiple infusions without any loss of flavor.
Super floral cup of smooth tea. Very delicious! This was just for the first brew. It s hard to imagine how this could get better in the 2nd or 3rd brewings, yet I guess it does!

This is a fantastic green tea with a lovely smoky taste. This is my go-to for early mornings full of wind and rain. Curling up with this will make even the darkest, wettest morning feel brighter.
First sips give off strong orchid flavor with a very green tea-like aftertaste. It is very enjoyable and has full flavor. I would definitely order this tea again. A very nice tea for the morning.

One of the best teas I have ever tried. To anyone who isn't sure about oolongs or had a bad experience in the past, I would say try this one because it will surely change your mind.
