I really like this tea. First of all, I'm easily amused and I love to watch the small balls of tea unfurl into big, beautiful leaves. I'll steep and resteep this tea just to watch the leaves get bigger because I find it that amusing. The taste of the tea is wonderful. The tea is light yellow in color and flavor is very light. To an extent, it reminds me of a lighter version of sencha.

I really enjoy Jade Oolong #18. The 'little balls' of leaves unroll when steeping. The aroma is green-ish and although floral-smelling it is not flowery tasting. The oolong flavor is delicate. I bought a 4 oz bag, but my next purchase will be the 16 oz size.

This is a wonderful flavor packed leaf. I'm always amazed at how much this tea expands to fill the pot like a big green sponge. You do have to be careful and watch the time, it's easy to go over and produce a bitter cup. This tea is good for multiple infusions, each steeping seems to bring out new flavors.
I just started getting into oolong teas, but as an uncultured pallate I can say that even if you're not familiar with them you'll still thoroughly enjoy this tea. I useually steep it two or three times and it hold up well.
Lovely flavor and color and boy howdy, I can get a lot of cups out of a measly two teaspoons. As a big fan of most Oolong teas, I say, get this one. You won't regret it. (Unless you drop the bag into something dirty and can't use it for anything.)

My current favorite unflavored Oolong tea. Is much closer to the green end of the spectrum than other Oolongs. Similar to the gunpowder teas, this tea is tightly packed and unfurls during steeping, so you can get by with only using a little.

This is a oolong from the tung ting province. Had I realized that before I ordered it (oops!) I would have skipped it for sure... instead I bought the biggest bag possible and suffered through it. I'm not fond of the overtones in tea from this region. If you're a fan of other Tung Ting oolongs, you might like it... if not, run!!

After some bad oolongs this was a third try and I was very surprised at how good it was to me.
Weird weird weird... This was my very first real oolong experience and I don't think I'll be looking to repeat it anytime soon. I can sort of detect a floral scent/flavor that some reviewers mention, but it's overwhelmed by an utter weirdness which I cannot describe. Really wasn't what I expected, but I guess I know where I stand with oolongs now.

Amazing floral aroma with honey tone up front and a lingering earthy aftertaste. There is a deeper complexity to this tea that I look forward to discovering by adjusting steeping time. I will definitely order this again.
This is a fantastic and very delicious greener oolong. This is perfect for beginners to oolong and this is pure delight to the oolong experts.
This is a really nice, greener-style oolong. The semi-rolled balls conceal large leaves, often a set of the 3 uppermost leaves of the tea branch, that unfurl as they're steeped. The first infusion yields a light-colored cup with a delicate, nutty-green flavor. I like the first infusion to be short and fairly cool @ about 170 degrees and then subsequent infusions to be progressively longer and hotter. SO far, I've enjoyed this tea up to 5 infusions, but that may vary depending on your preparation. One of the best things about this particular oolong is the value. Compared with similar teas like Ti Kuan Yin, or some of the Masters oolongs, this Jade oolong provides similar flavor qualities at a lesser price.
An excellent oolong with rich flavor and beautiful green color. It's definitely worthy of your favorite clay pot.
We bought this because we love Oolongs, and Morgan R's review that described it as changing flavor with every re-brew. (It does, in case you were wondering.)
This is a fabulous anytime tea, and we have been able to re-brew the leaves 8 times (although 7 and 8 were pretty weak.)
We would recommend this tea to anyone who is looking for a flavorful generic Oolong that is wonderful all day long.
My favorite tea, amazing amount of resteeps, I have resteeped this tea over six times and it still retains a full flavor.
I wanted to try another oolong and thought this sounded interesting. I love wuyi ensemble and oolong #8 both are very rich in flavor. This tea does not taste anything like the other two. I was disappointed with it, but will try it again this time doubling the amount of tea since the flavor is so mild.
I was really surprised at how good this is. Its a little fruity and really smooth. Its a little expensive, but definitely worth it.
I've always been more of a fan of Oolongs then of Greens, this tea retains what's Oolong about Oolongs while taking from the vegetablness of Greens in a very nice ratio that makes a smooth tea.

When my students come back here after visiting their families in Main land China they share their personal stash with me! Only Adagio's teas taste like the tea the Chinese keep for themselves!

Absolutely fantastic! I've recently become a fan of oolongs as my daily work tea, and played around with a bunch of types from my local tea shop. When I settled on a flavor-profile (floral with a hint of sweetness), I went to Adagio to find a cheaper equivalent. Jade oolong is it! One of the smoothest oolongs I've tried, and takes multiple infusions like a champ!

A good, solid addition to any oolong lover's cupboard. More vegetal than I am used to with a darker green brew but with lots of kick and strong through multiple infusions.

I love this tea!! I have had ti kuan yin and jade oolong has a much grassier, floral flavor, is refreshing and satisfying. I do not use the recommended amount per cup rather, 1 and 1/2 tsp to a 16oz. pot gives me the flavor I prefer!
