Nice tea with a pleasant grapefruit flavor. It's really strong in the package, but it mellows out in the cup.
One of my favorite teas of late, the grapefruit flavor isn't artificial or candy-like, but instead a pure and clean citrusy flavor. I've never found it sour in my experience, but the flavor is still quite strong so if you're not big into flavor subtlety you'll enjoy it. If you are meanwhile, you'll enjoy it too due to how complete the flavor is.
I wasn't sure about this one but I love it. Very refreshing. I added some German candy sugar for a little sweetness.

I really cannot drink enough of this tea. I love that it is slightly bitter, like grapefruit, but fresh and almost sweet. It tastes a lot like tea mixed with grapefruit juice. It rebrews at least 3 times.
Smells a little odd when steeped, similar to the air at Bonnaroo. To me, grapefruit doesn't really complement the character of oolong. Left me with a dry mouth. Might give it another try iced this summer.
Strong grapefruit flavor without the bitterness you might expect from grapefruit. This makes a good iced tea too.
This oolong was great. it was refreshing, zesty, and full of flavor. If you like citrus, this tea is a great choice.

I recently decided to order a sample of this tea and was pleasantly surprised. The nuttiness of the base oolong blends well with the tart fruitiness of the grapefruit flavoring. I will likely order a larger quantity at a future time.

This is a bit of a disappointment. I really didn't care for it hot, and iced it isn't bad, but seems to be lacking something. I suspect that it will blend well other fruity tea. A shame, too, since I adore grapefruit anything.
The smell is fabulous, the citrus really meshes well with the oolong making for a pleasant time drinking it.

The grapefruit flavor in this blend is very natural and adds a zingy quality to the oolong. However, I think I prefer the smoother taste of peach oolong to the more tart grapefruit. A small pinch of sugar seems to bring out the grapefruit a bit more, also.

The citrus flavoring really does match perfectly with the minerally oolong. It's a very clean scent of grapefruit when you open the bag, and the taste is still there when you drink it, only not quite as strong. I was surprised at how much I actually liked this tea by itself. It's great for blending with other fruit flavors, too.
Feels like I just got punched in the face by a grapefruit, and it feels great. Hardly needs any sweetening.

This is good, very sweet (might be the sugar I always add though, but regardless it tastes sweeter than the other tears I drink). Very yummy.
The smell was amazing when I opened the package. It brews up smooth, as expected from am oolong, with a hint of grapefruit. If anything, I'd want to grapefruit flavor to be a bit stronger, but overall, it's a good tea.

I loved the aroma of this tea dry- the grapefruit was strong and bright. Brewed, there was less grapefruit flavor than I would have liked, but the citrus note with the oolong was lovely.
The smell of the tea in the bag is wonderfully full of that grapefruit scent. Upon brewing, however, the tea loses the grapefruit scent and taste. What you end up with is a mildly citrusy tea, with very little distinct grapefruit taste. Also, you kind of lose the taste of the oolong as well, and it tastes like a milder black tea.
This flavor is a main component in the 'Petra' Ender's Game blend I tried recently. On its own it's very tart and true to grapefruit flavor. It is a brightness that goes well with the lower, earthy tones of the oolong. If you like the grapefruit black, but don't like how astringent the black tea is, give this oolong a try.
This one is my favorite from all the teas I have tried from adagio. Definitely on my re-order list! I have a cup EVERY day!
The grapefruit notes aren't as strong as I would have hoped. It's a good tea though, despite this!
I was a bit unsure of what grapefruit would be like in a tea, although this was not one of my favorite teas I have ever tried it wasn't horrible either. It gets an ok in my book

I'm always a fan of oolongs, and this is a really nice mellow one. The citrus is very light in flavor once its steeped and I actually prefer it as a background note. Very happy I bought this sample, and will probably be buying more.
Its not as good as other flavored oolongs I've had (peachy oolong is an easy 12/10 for me) It didn't taste much of citrus at all and was just bland for the most part... Not terrible i suppose, just OK.
The smell of the juicy grapefruit really hits you first thing in the bag. The flavor of the grapefruit adds a nice zest, and the oolong itself is floral and slightly astringent. Overall, a nice tea and I would definitely use it in a blend, but not one of my favorites.

One of my dad's favorites! Super juicy, pairs fabulously with the dark Formosa oolong base to create a woodsy, dark yet sweet/tart grapefruit rind pairing.
This is my first oolong. It was interesting, woody, and very different, but good. Very mild grapefruit flavor, but i'll continue with play with the brewing time and temp.
