Oolongs are my favorite teas and this is one of the best. Lovely aroma and flavor.

The tea-east tea I've had the pleasure of drinking. I was able to get a good two brews out of this savory tea. Again, I'm in love with dark coffee shots and mixing one in over a few cups of this brew was so tasty. Listen my guy, if you want a well rounded tea- give this one a try!
Not bad, but not great either. I don't think I like oolong, generally. Too bland, I think. I used it to make tea eggs, which worked out fine.

One of the best oolongs I've ever had. It's very full-bodied and rich, and almost sweet enough by itself. I just added a tiny squeeze of wildflower honey and it was absolute perfection.

Nothing special, has a taste similar to restaurant black tea. If you are looking for a rich, smoky flavor, go with the hoji-cha instead of this oolong.

I enjoyed the rich character off this oolong but found it a bit lacking when it came to any dominant flavor notes. Even with ample leaf it was just okay for me. Beautiful looking leaf. This was a second attempt at this tea as I had tried it with the Formosa sampler years ago which I had enjoyed more back then.

This is my favorite tea from Adagio, and my favorite overall tea.
I am a big fan of oolong teas, but in my way of classifying them, there are two main types (both of which are available here): brown and green. If you look at the photo of the leaves, you'll see that they are brown. To me, this tea tastes fine but it also tastes like inexpensive Japanese 'bancha.' I'd go for one of the greenish oolongs here on Adagio instead.
This tea is very different from others that I have had, but it is in no way a bad thing. It was very smooth, but also had a slight bite to it (as contradictory as that sounds) as well as being perfectly bitter. Definitely much stronger than I expected but still good all around
I wasn't a big fan of this flavor. There was something very basic about it's burnt/bitter taste. It almost tasted like bag tea, when you can taste the bag more than the tea.
I'm not a huge fan of oolongs, but this is a nice change from black tea.

I thought this was just okay. It has a smoky taste but when cool enough has chocolate notes as well. I'm not a big fan of smoky teas but if that's your thing then you may enjoy this tea.

I don't know who would rate it as oolong.. It's closer to bad pu erh by its taste of stale leaves. Looks too dried. Definitely to avoid.
