The cherry marzipan oolong is a great dessert tea.
The fruity, sweet notes of cherry play with the soft, nutty flavor of marzipan.

The cherry marzipan oolong is a great dessert tea.
I don't love it, but I also don't hate it. It's not something I'll be adding to my wishlist though.
I love this tea so much. You can really taste the cherry.
Not a huge fan of cherry flavor or oolong, and yet I love this tea!
Delicious! I love marzipan so I was really excited to try this tea! Cherry and almond is one of my favorite flavor combos.
I admit I felt pretty dubious about this one because a lot of reviewers say that it has a strong medicinal flavor or tastes like fake cherries. But I was actually pleasantly surprised by this tea. I guess I don't have the genes/ tastebuds that make this tea taste medicinal to me. I do get what folx were saying about the fake cherry flavor, but to me it just tasted like maraschinos in an almond cake or like an actual cherry marzipan. So yeah, not like eating fresh cherries, but definitely like an absolutely scrummy cherry dessert!
I drank it hot, with milk and a small amount of honey added, and I'll almost certainly continue to do so.
The attractive, silky teabags make this delicious tea so easy to prepare. I like to add cream to mine for a soft, cherry flavor. 😘
This is a pleasantly flavored oolong tea that is good hot or cold.
I really like this tea, I just wish it had even more of the marzipan flavoring! This is such a unique flavor profile though that I plan to keep drinking it.
Definitely more marzipan than cherry. I added some sugar too!
Never again! I was so excited, I thought I loved the sample so I splurged and bought a lb! It smells like heaven! It smells very heavy on the cherry. It tastes like a Grandma's perfume. The rose is completely overwhelming. It should be named Little Old Lady...it's a powdery and soapy rose. If you want to drink rose bath water, this is it!
Very Strong cherry flavor, decently delicious if you like cherry.
This unexpected flavor is really very tasty, the cherry flavor is so nice.
This is really nice. It smells amazing. It's a good balance of spice and fruit.
I have to concede defeat and admit that Adagio does fruity oolongs very well, because I could drink this and the Blackberry Sage Oolong way WAY too often if given the opportunity. Unlike the Blackberry Sage though, this tea takes on a splash of milk/plant-milk like a champ, as the flavors are typically quite strong. That said, this tea's mood is something along the lines of, 'It is two-thirty in the afternoon, and I need someone to hold me close or I will pout about it.' --So if you are looking for something refined... Maybe not this. If you too wish for comfort though, may this tea give it to you.
This one has a different smell and taste to it. I'm guessing that's the marzipan. With enough sugar and as a latte it's enjoyable. I taste a little hint of cherry but mostly the marzipan.
OMG! This tea is delicious!!! Who doesn t like cherry marzipan... and fat and sugar free. It s like having dessert without the gilt!
This did not taste as I expected, but I found it pleasant. The oolong was an interesting background flavor, and I wasn't sure about it, but it started growing on me as I sipped. I used a little bit of sweetener, as it didn't need a lot.
I enjoyed it with a touch of sugar and a splash of oatmilk. The cherry flavor wasn't for me, but my husband loved it. He would give 4 stars.
great flavor, the marzipan really lifts up the cherry and they pair great together. I'm a stronger brew kind of person and let it steep closer to the 5 minute mark, and it ended up pretty robust. Will definitely be getting more of this blend.
Another new winner from Adagio! It smells just like one of my favorite candles (Traverse Town) from Potions & Pyrelight (https://potionsandpyrelight.com/). This is one of the most aromatic blends I've ever enjoyed. Long after the final sip is gone, you can still smell the fragrance lingering in the cup, as strong as a candle. It's almond-y, honey, cherry goodness with oolong providing a thoroughly smooth finish. Never bitter, always delightful. Highly recommended with a biscotti on the side!
I got this sample because it was half off. I really didn't care for it. I like cherry & almond so I was hopeful. But it smelled vaguely like cough syrup and didn't taste like much of anything. I don't think I like Adagio's cherry flavoring.
This is a nice change from other flavored dessert teas, I wish I had discovered this long ago. Will be enjoying this one for a long time.
I was given this by a friend, and fell completely in love! I had never heard of Adagio before, but this delicious cherry tea sold me.
It takes a lot of sugar to bring out the taste of this enough to enjoy it but once it's been sweetened it's tasty. Just a touch too medicinal.
I absolutely adored this flavor. It’s a mixture of cherry and almond. it was very smooth and not at all bitter. Probably my favorite flavor I’ve tried so far
This tea is so good! I love the combination of cherry and almond. It's amazing.
Really good taste however steep 3 minutes and use double the tea especially if you like a stronger tea!
Smells strongly of cherry/almond and is almost medicinal. The taste reminded me of cherry flavoring that is added to cough syrup with hints of cinnamon and almond. This was the first Adagio tea I didn't like.
This is a nice tea but it needs a boost of a deeper tone so I mix it with Ceylon Sonata. With honey, this combo of the two is just full and calming.
A strong but well balanced oolong tea that benefits from a tiny bit of honey added! The flavors combine exceptionally well and each element can be appreciated!
I was hesitant to purchase this because of some of the reviews. I’m glad I went with my instinct. This is a fabulous tea, a little light on the almond which I preferred, and the cherry was not overpowering. I liked it well enough to purchase again.
This tea is so nice. The cherry flavor is strong yet very delicious. A definite new favorite.
The aroma for this one is better than the flavor. The taste seemed more artificial than it should. The cherry flavor needs to be more pronounced.
This one is amazing! So much going on, but it all comes together so well. I will be buying more of this one.
mega cherry flavor on this one, almost overwhelming cherry but in a good way, then you get that almond note on the back. If you don't like cherry I would not recommend this.
I was beyond thrilled to see Adagio finally add Cherry Marzipan Oolong to the lineup. I originally had a sample of it and fell in love. Oolong teas are some of my favorites, and I love cherries and marzipan (I have a big black cat named Mario and one of his nicknames is Marzipan!). Sometimes cherry flavored things can go a little sideways so I try to never get my hopes up over them, but this tea really hits it out of the park. It has such a warm, inviting aroma as well as a sweetness with no additives. I brew for 2 to 2 and half minutes and it comes out perfect. I have not tried it with honey or milk yet so there is room for experimentation in the future.
Smooth, subtle, and sweet. A perfect balance, nothing too strong. Tastes like described. I added honey.
Much nicer than I expected with a delightful cherry taste
Enjoyable tea but has a stronger cherry flavor than I assumed it would.
This is just delicious. It's not overwhelmingly fruity and it's just a touch sweet.
Tastes exactly the way described, I love it sweetened
Smells amazing, taste is just slightly underwhelming. I'm still playing with the right amount of steeping though.
I love anything cherry and this does not disappoint. Nice robust cherry flavor. Definitely a favorite.
smells wonderful and reminds me of cookies my mom used to make at christmas time- cherry almond is a wonderful combination
Long ago, my favorite Teavana tea was called Amandine Rose, which was eventually discontinued and replaced with Rose Marzipan, which of course vanished entirely with everything else. This is the closest I've found, though the rose is nearly nonexistent. Still a delightful cup, very soothing.
Lovey cherry scent and taste. Wish the almond came through stronger. Might kid this with the honeybush hazelnut and life dangerously.
tried for iced tea, a little strong and a bit of bitterness noted
This tea is a great, refreshing change of pace from my usual Chai tea. Great tea flavor with lovely notes of cherry and almond. I highly recommend this tea!
This tea is a great blend and you can actual taste the cherry.
